i got like really mega confused on what to do because when i click on these things on the desk, a different letter changed each time not mattering which one i clicked, idk but yea you did sell out the spooky theme and i got jumpscared when the laughing sound came
Thank you for playing, in the game, as the manual explains, you have to put the radio on the right frequency and after that a morse message will appear on top, that's the code you have to get by adjusting the letters on the rotors, hope it helps!
Sadly I wasn't able to play because I don't know morse code, I recommend making an acessability option to help those like me, so that more people can enjoy your game
No worries! You can click on the yellow flash cards on the table to play! They got all the translations from Latin Alphabet to morse, hope this helps next time you try it :)
Oh I must of missed that ill play again now
You nailed the spooky environment.
Thank you 🙏
The atmosphere is genuinely terrifying, but the game is quite hard to understand. Even with the tutorial, it was really tough at first, I didn't realize I had to type the letters shown at the top onto the sign until I read a reply in the comments.
Then when the heath bar appear, I had no idea what to do, I clicked everywhere, nothing happened, and I got a game over third in a row without knowing why (and can't skip tuto). It definitely needs a bit more explanation! Also, having the letter on engines change randomly felt a bit frustrating at times.
First of all thank you for playing and for giving honest feedback, it helps me improve the game, you can actually skip the tutorial when the book appears by pressing space, even though the game doesn’t directly say it, for the letters changing randomly: It’s one of the events that can happen in the bunker, thank you again for referring this things. I’ll try my best to make the game better after the jam.
Unironically scared the life out of me! I was super confused at the start and kept misclicking the dials (thought the hitboxes were swapped for a second!), but once I deciphered the Morse code and got into the flow, the panic really set in. Highly effective horror experience!
Thank you for playing! And you were actually right, the rotors are linked with eachother so for example if you click the first the second will activate :), very glad you liked the experience!
Took me quite a while to figure out what to actually do, but it was quite fun (and very terrifying)! A classic sitting at a table and doing tasks experience, which is fun, though it felt like it was missing one more little task (like the breaker in the back) to feel a bit more complete. The button hitboxes for the number displays was swapped I think? But apart from that very fun!
Thank you so much for trying the game! Glad you liked it! The rotors hitboxes are voluntarily swapped to add another layer of challenge.
This game kinda scared me to be honest. I think it could have benefitted from a tutorial because I was pretty confused but it was still really cool and I like the ambiance.
At the start of the game there’s a manual that explains what to do, you can check it out if you want ;)
Couldn't figure out what to do.
Once you’re in the bunker you have to put the radio on the right frequency, once you do that a morse code will appear on screen, that’s the code you have to get on the rotors, click on the rotors until you manage to get the exact same code. Then repeat 4 times, hope this helps!
There’s also a manual at the start of the game that explains what you have to do
