combat (esp switching between crowbar and shotgun) was fun and I liked the durability to discourage spamming, but I felt the crowbar was too powerful so you could just buy a bunch hold left click and run through the enemies without being hit, overall nice polished game though

Developer

thanks but don't call my game polished, it's anything but it. the combat was one of the things I really love too. shotgun for ironically sniping and crowbar to do the dirty work. maybe having the swing have a longer fore swing would balance it because I wanted the crowbar to have some risk to it. it ended up being too safe

Loved knocking zombies with the crow bar and the character design was very cute. Good job!!

bowtie zombies :3

I like the art and the swining mechanic. The knockback for hitting the zombies was nice. I ended up just spamming crowbar to get through. The music felt a tad repetitive after a while of wandering, I think adding some indicators that the player is almost there or going the right way would help, especially since there is a branching path. Overall good work!

Developer

thanks for the compliment. the music was actually recycled; it wasn't originally made to be looped. only noticed it way later because I don't tend to test the game when it loops. and the map I slapped on on the last minute, I'm surprised you didn't complain about it more 😅

Enjoyed this :) Did however get through by just running like mad and swinging the crowbar without a care!

one of the issues I've noticed last minute with the balancing. decided to kept it because it was fun ;)
