Wonderful game. I myself got kinda burnt-out and just started typing random letters about halfway through. Didn't read the description so I had no idea that the building was burning down and busted out laughing when I realized what was happening.

As many have pointed out, the game is, indeed, tedious. We made a huge mistake by postponing balancing and QA till the very last day and that resulted in a game that is too long and uneventful to hold the player's attention.
If you wait long enough (5-ish minutes of real time), flames and smoke starts to appear,  which was supposed to show the absurdity of this situation, as you should be bolting out of the building, but as a true company man you keep on until your work is finished.
We will keep that experience in mind when creating our next game.
Thanks for the feedback!

honestly, I feel like the fact that the game is tedious only speaks more to feeling burnt out. I honestly think it makes the game feel more real. Like it helps with the point it's making a bit. You play as an employee who is feeling ill motivated to do their job. The fire is just a nice excuse to stop working on their paper. Genuinely think the game is better for that harmony between narrative and gameplay.

To summarize, keep it tedious, and maybe even lean into that more. I honestly thought you were expected to just give up halfway through and that it was intentionally tedious. It is called 'Burnout!' after all.
