The aesthetic of the game is top notch, really like how all the cards have unique personalities too. It is super unique, both in art direction and game setting
Well done!
Unraveling a murder mystery in a dark alley with penguins, trying to figure out who the killer was and calculating the exact time of death was such a fun puzzle to solve. It’s super distinct, atmospheric, and really well executed.
wonderful video, wonderful game work! Love it
Love the aestetic and the mood here! And it's definitely an original spin on the theme!
Couldn't finish it, but bravo for the quality of the writing aswell!
sick art!
I really liked the twist at the end - it makes sense that you're given no warning that you had to memorize the order of things, because the main character is also pretty lost at the start. I was able to solve it first time with a bit of trial and error (much easier to work backwards than forwards lol) but I do wish more of the hats had differences besides just the color.
I adore the aesthetics! I had to start over a few times to solve this one, and come at it with a notebook in hand. It would be nice if you could submit wrong answers and have at least one "bad" ending if you fail to solve the case. All around a creative and ambitious entry. Great work!
Damn, strong contender for "best penguin game of the jam" right here. Think my favourite part was the artwork for The World. Unfortunately I didn't commit to memorising the story hard enough to finish the game, but would have needed to be taking notes to know the exact hour everything happened - maybe only requiring the correct order would be better?
I love this game so much!! easily one of my faves so far!!
Had a lot of fun. I love the gritty vibe and artstyle. Also interesting use of the countdown theme used in this narrative way.
I was initially just going to say the dialogue was very nicely implemented, but reaching the end and having the game quiz me was great and got me to actually follow what was being shown in each scene.
Something i'd recommend if fleshing this out further is to avoid telling the player if their guess is correct immediately, something like how obra dinn or other similar games do it.
The game style is wonderfully crisp and distinct, and I love you've even set up a trailer video for it
Great work!
Vibes are insane even in the main menu!
Loved the narrative vibe right from the store page, and the DE-inspired dialogue mechanics sealed the deal!
I was ready to give 5 stars for "Narrative" when I saw the first line of description, but then they showed me dislogue system as in Disco Elysium!
A very nice game! (couldn't finish it because of lags, but liked a premise a lot!)
good game don't really now what was happening
:) :0
I enjoyed this but couldn't finish because the FPS was too bad on my laptop
I love how this game tells a story in a way only a game could, and then tests the player on if they were paying attention. Super creative premise and execution.
Nice short narrative game. Disco Elysium-like narrative but feels very unique
A great little detective game! The visuals are lovely! Great work
I didn't quite understand the premise of the game yet because it isn't finished but the artstyle is really cool!
