Love every part of the game! The visuals, narrative, music, interactions, and the idea itself are all adorable! Great work!
Amazing creativity, narrative. voice acting, sfx, music and art. Such a cool concept for a game with a really sad premise. However every time I downloaded it and tried to launch it, it never booted up. And on the browser version, the subtitled became a bit delayed and pressing space did not keep my eyes open, resulting in a fail. It's a shame because everything about it especially the art and voice acting is awesome!
Might be worth it to add checkpoints in the game so that if you fall asleep, you only reset around 30 seconds instead of resetting all your progress.

I started repeatedly spamming it because I realised I had forgotten about that mechanic the whole time and I was about to lose

Lovely game with amazing art and audio! Unfortunately I had a bug where the narration was out of sync with the text on screen. But overall a great atmospheric game!

What wonderful illustrations, and a sweet narrative! it wouldve helped to indicate from the start about the sleeping mechanic, i didn't notice and had to restart several minutes in. Thanks for sharing this!
Interesting take on the theme! Love the narrator—it really immersed you in the world. It would've been nice if there were an indicator showing when you're about to sleep apart from the screen fading, though maybe that would break the immersion? Not sure! Overall, awesome job!
Its a nice idea and I the art is nicely done! I only just didn't like the staying awake mechanic. It just felt more annoying than anything, at least in its current form since its not really engaging and seems to fail even when you are holding the space bar.

wonderful art, very beuatiful and the book looks just as a story book. amazing voice acting too, perfect for reading a story. the music, and ambience is very good as well. everything ties together very nicely
unfortunately, I feel like the game aspect almost takes away from the story. its frustrating when you have to reset, considering that for me it feels increasingly impossible to keep awake

I just wanted to hear the story but I was soooo sleepy...amazing art. I loved the tiger looking in the well like a square snake.
The art is perfect, and the music is really atmospheric too. But the audio-visual desync makes it a bit hard to fully immerse myself.
Very pretty game. It might be due to lag in the web version, but I ended up with the subtitles out of sync to the audio.
Yeah may be due to lag. It doesn’t seem to happen to everyone, or even every time. I can play through it fine, and other times that issue appears for me.

Incredible art! It's really a nice idea though I was actually quite hyped by the story so I was not relating to the kid falling asleep. It's a great idea though, might be worth pushing it for a full release!
This game really got potential! if I had a kid I would make them play this, so I can skip story telling and play games...bad parenting but ahumm..

Wow, the art and the story were so incredible! I loved how the child's thumb indicates whether you can turn the page or not. I love how responsive the controls were. Beautiful work!
