Short and condense puzzle game. The only critic i have is it could have used the theme a little better other than just a timer. Overall, Good job.

Cool clean little memorization game!
There was some initial lagginess when loading up the first map. But my game also has that issue ahahaha. I think having to reset the level because of black holes is not quite fun. Maybe the frog could've been a less heavy handed way to block out the player?

Cute artstyle and great job finishing it out!

I love it when games keep track of time and reward fast play, nice job! level 9 was a big jump in difficulty if you ask me but it was also about the end of the game so it makes sense. Personally I think it would be more fun and intuitive to control the game with WASD/arrow keys instead of clicking.

Thanks a lot for your comment, and especially for taking the time to finish the game! It really means a lot to us.
Our main goal for the jam was simply to get the game finished and playable before the deadline, but the idea of turning it into a proper mobile game has always been in the back of my mind. That's also why we went with click controls, since they translate well to touch screens.
That said, I completely agree that for the PC version, supporting WASD/arrow keys would make the game much more comfortable to play. We went with the simplest solution we could during the jam, but it's definitely something we'd like to improve.
Thanks again for the feedback!

Ok, I am not playing more after dying to the hole traps for the 4th time.

Killing the player for somerthing they canot see is so bad, like that level is just trial and error no gameplay.

Actually that is kind of the whole game.

It is also really unoptimized and lags prety bad. The map one took like 15 seconds to load.

And too much bloom! I can barely see anything

Thanks for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback, we really appreciate it.
You're absolutely right that our game is heavily based on trial and error. Our intention was to make a "die and retry" game where memorization is the main skill. The idea was that each failed attempt teaches you something about the level.
That said, if we'd had more time, we wanted to make the levels feel fairer by adding more consistent placement rules for traps and clues, a bit like how Minesweeper gradually teaches you to recognize patterns. The goal was never to make the player guess randomly, but unfortunately we ran out of time before we could refine that aspect. So I completely understand why it felt frustrating.
Regarding the performance... well, you know the saying: "it worked on my machine!" xD We didn't have time to do a proper optimization pass before the deadline, but if we continue the project, that's definitely our number one priority.

Thanks again for the honest feedback  and congratulations on finishing your own jam game!

Polished game that swings in difficulty. Some levels I am breezing though other are filled with holes and I now have to remember the path. I love the child like carboard looking art.

Thank you so much for your kind words! This was actually the very first comment we received after submitting the game. After the stress of rushing to finish before the deadline, reading such a positive message honestly meant a lot to us.
We're really happy you liked the cardboard art style, and we'll definitely keep working on smoothing out the difficulty curve if we continue the project.
Thanks again for playing and for taking the time to leave a comment!
