How does your game fit the theme?
We wanted to make a game where you set your own countdowns. We decided on microwaves, since they have a built-in countdown that you set yourself, making for a fun little game of experiments and gut-guessing! To capture the mischievious-ness of being a child let free, you also have a countdown before your parents come back home!

Cool art and music. Unfortunatly, putting things in the microwave made for a pretty boring and repetitive game loop pretty fast. I thought there would be all sorts of interesting reactions, but nope! You get to see thing explode, and if that didn't amuse you? How about another thing explode? Why, if I just wanted to see things explode I would just call my friend Fred! How about have the child explode, how about that?
Well you are meant to *NOT* make things explode in this game, that's where the cool "sweet spots" are, like glowing grapes, inflated marshmallows, chemical soap reactions, etc 😅 But now I'm intrigued to call Fred too, I sure would like to see more stuff explode :p

Me when puts fork in microwave and it explodes in a second like "Wait what"
I love how hectic this game can become as you try to figure out what you microwave how. I was probably playing it a lot faster so I think I only learnt the proper timings for the grapes, tomato and pizza, but it's actually kind of fun to put it at max speed and pray as well as trying to play it normally. Absolute blast of a game... wait... cab you microwave this game.

Very fun chucking a bunch of stuff in a microwave! I need whatever that purple microwave is. It just cooks everything so well. Loved trying to find the sweet spot on all the items :)

I just saw the 3.5stars with 525points on the screenshot, maybe that my 2500points on my second try were a bit too much. I think I found some loophole you hide to make a lot of points, after only 7min I got all the microwave, the rest is farming :)
2500 pts is exactly the threshold needed for 5 stars, so you barely made it! The rating is not linear, it's very easy to get 3 stars then very hard to get 5 stars (this way people with a low score dont feel too bad about their performance)
Ahaha did you find my dev cheat by accident? There's a key on the keyboard that grants 50pts when pressed 😂
Nop, I used grapes, grapes give 95point, grapes are incredible :) And else I just mulligan for grapes and other thing. While doint that I had a lot of fun trying to understand the best duration for every ingredient, the only one that resisted me was cookie dough. I reduced the time span to 2:30-3:00 but didn't find something extraordinary to do with this dough, I will probably do nightmare about this dough ...
