Very very interesting take on the theme! I had fun with it, even though I'm no good at resource management lol. Great entry!

Really cool game. Barely made it. I did have the same event come up a twice in two different occasions so more events would be nice. Also it would be nice if the stats + events could be shown on the same UI screen instead of having to switch. Also I didnt really use the papers in the middle of the table, idk if those were important lol. Great job!

Nice! Had fun playing. Great work. I liked the concept and gameplay.

Such a nice game, Loved the idea behind it and how it was implemented, Nice job!

I had fun with it, although it was a little bit short, but it's super well-made for a game jam entry. :D

Well done! <3

Barely made it! But I made it 😎 Great job, really liked this one!

Nice work! I loved the art and the concept overall. I wish there was a way to see your stats while making decisions. I found myself switching back and forth between the 2 screens a lot.

I won! I like the control room and the escalating scene outside. It's a bit hard to keep track of resources because relevant info is spread across different screens.

Ok I didn't hire a politician out of principal lol. I didn't know I needed a governor :skull_emoji:

There was a similar game to this I played the first day I think, and this one did the same idea but better. I like that it's kind of a rewind. The incidents add interest to the plot.

I didn't notice the giant destruction orb was getting closer until it was IN MY FACE.

Nice game! I enjoyed it.

The game was fun even though it felt short. I would definitely play a full version with more features and levels. The art and the sound design were also amazing

The art and overall game feel are really fantastic!

A tutorial would have been nice, what each attribute means, for first two weeks I kept hiring, and then next three weeks I kept replacing lol, and as for incidents, I acted as honest individual xD. Eventually it turned out, with only maintenance lacking, but they survived.

It has similarity with paper please but was lacking the chaos of paper please. Maybe I didn't read the applications fully because I didn't knew how to interpret those numbers, and if there were any fraud in them lol, I assumed they were all correct, it would also have been nice if we could see which attribute will we loose and gain if replace with existing.

Overall good game.

Simple gameplay loop and yet still so fun. Liked how the character portraits (especially Dr. House). Maybe a bit confusing at first, but it was easy to figure it out.

Good Game !! First the art work is fire. Initially I was confused a lot. Good / simple game good work !

Really cool UI! Love how it's built directly into the computer screens

Great idea!! Always knew I should not be a decision maker lol

I really really like the concept of this game!

But I feel like this game could've used more of a tutorial. I didn't really know what i was doing, I kinda just hired and fired random people at random for the first week or so and  it worked out until I figured out what was happening exactly.
(funnily enough our game is also very similar i feel in terms of gameplay, and also has a tutorial problem in my opinion haha)

One thing that was kind of unclear was what the events did exactly at first. It took me longer that it should've to  realize that G is Governance lol.

Also the ending felt very abrupt! I wish I got to see liftoff at least!

Developer

Hey, thanks for playing.

We were want to get a bigger tutorial and ending done, but we kind of ran out of time unfortunately.

I'll have to give your a go in the coming days for sure if it's similar.

Great game. I read the first time, so I didn't hire anyone in the first week lol. Overall, really fun game. Had to play it again for my crew to survive. My biggest complaint is that there is no restart button at the end. Of course, it's not that hard to just refresh the page, but it definitely is a good polish to have. Other than that, great work. I can see this getting featured.

Hey, glad you enjoyed.

Understandable about the restart button, honestly was something that I think just skipped our minds when putting it together.

I mean, of course I'm hiring Walter White for sanitation and Dr. House as a scientist. That's the dream team right there! Jokes aside, it was a fun time. Very visually cohesive and polished and the audio was fantastic. I was confused about the P value, it didn't seem like that correlated to something? Unless it's P for people and the other screen was Crew? It was a lot of flipping back and forth to understand the letters at first, but over time I got faster and knew what to take almost immediately. The variance in incidents was great, it really felt like a lived-in world. For me picking the crew boiled down to vibes and who had the biggest numbers (I don't play a lot of resource management games so I thought the goal was to get the bars fully filled) which ended up working well, my crew happily made it. A little more at the end would be nice rather than just stats, but that's nitpicking. Good stuff!

Thanks for the feedback, and as soon I read P value I instantly for that did we leave the stove on feeling. We changed it from Personnel to Crew to make it a little easier and I knew I would miss something going back other it. 2am will do that too ya.

I'm glad you enjoyed it though, and the amount of events was something that we wanted to build as much as possible so it always felt fresh.

This game gives me the vibe of Voice of the Void and Kerbal had a child. Great game!

I didn't not picture those two together until you said that. Glad you liked it.
