How does your game fit the theme?
CatHeist fits the theme through its central countdown timer. You must lead your army of cats and steal as much gold as possible before time runs out. Reaching certain gold milestones grants extra seconds, giving you a chance to extend the heist, but the countdown is always ticking!

this game was so epic because it reminds of the stories regaled from the times of pre-modern post-revolutionary yugoslavia. the cats during that time were forced to steal from their former owners in order to pawn the stolen goods for more catnip. in the end, only few cats survived but the survivors tell their stories to this day. thank you for making this game to remind me of what once was about 6 minutes ago.

Herding cats shouldn't be this much fun. Nice job!

Very original and very cute. The art is also very impressive for jam. I do wish there was a bit more strategy involved since spamming cats seems to work best at the moment.

I find it very funny having a game in this genre, but being about cats stealing furniture. There's so much charm in the theme and presentation!

I did notice that trying to use the cats would sometimes send them in unexpected directions, and the meter at the top doesn't seem to reset when starting over. But overall, this was a very fun idea!

The idea of cats stealing furniture on a heist was a fun and silly time, and I enjoyed throwing my cats around to try to grab everything before the time ran out.  A couple times it did feel like the cats didn't fully end up where I thought they would, but it didn't really distract from my enjoyment of the game. The background music was also pleasant!

A game about a heist - And there are cats?! Sign me up!

The music and the cat sounds are very fitting, although hearing the same meow over and over again is a little annoying. Great idea, very fun to play! Was able to steal everything on my second try :]

I like how you need to throw the cats at the furniture to haul it out the door. I do wish that when you throw the cats they go more towards the mouse pointer.

Good game!

I love the creativity of this idea. The premise was so wacky that I wasted half the time of my first run saying "is this really what I'm supposed to be doing? Not sure who did your music, but it was a great fit for the game.

I wish I was forced to make choices about where to spend my resources (time and cats). As the game is, I felt like I could have it all.

I enjoyed being a cat army and stealing all the owner's furniture, very chill game!

They never see it coming ("it" being "a horde of cats coming into their house stealing all their stuff").

I have no idea how you came up with such a creative idea but it was a ton of fun once I figured out what was going on. Machine gunning cats at furniture was surprisingly addictive. I would've played more levels with more mechanics!
