Oh this. This is beautiful!

I love how many people decided to make a game about a campfire, and i really really like this one! The art - stunning, that fire animation looks so cool, and the unfreezing cards looked amasing and oddly satisfying, the sounds - perfect, such a pleasure to hear the cords shuffle, the fire creacking, they add up so much to the overall feel of the game!

And the idea - it's so creative and fun, and also very cozy! Keeping the fire alive, slowly adding sticks and logs, getting new cards and learning what each weather does to the fire or to the deck - i think it's very balanced!

Great game, you did an amasing job here! :]

I've been roasted D:

I love the visuals, and the epic music! It took me a while to understand how to kill enemies and how to aim my shooting, but after some time it became quite fun! The idea is pretty cool, the pigs are adorable :]

this is such a unique entry. I love to see more people use the idea of a campfire for this jam, but this one is the most unique one so far for sure.

It's calm, it feels cozy and yet a little uncomfortable, because you are asked questions that if you want to answer honestly you have to look inside you for a little bit.

The simple visuals are perfect here in my opinion, that little fire feels warm, and when it grows with each question its fun to notice.

Amasing, out of the ordinary game. It was great building my own little fire and taking a moment to think. :]

The idea is fun, the music is nice and tense, the name of the game is funny, but with no way to refill your ammo there's really nothing to do but to run away from slimes.

Thanks for playing! I did mini jam right after b1t jam, so i had some color limitation practice before the jam :]

Thank you for playing and for your feedback! I've been meaning to try implementing few sets of input keys, but for this jam there was just too  little time to try. I'm glad you liked my little game! :)

Thanks so much for playing! :]

Thank you for playing, and for you feedback, I feel like attacks could've been improved in many ways if I had more time. I've seen several games based around a campfire and its been fun seeing all the different ideas people had with it!

Thank you so much for playing, making the light/dark switch was one of my favorite parts of development :]

Lol, that wouldve been a legendary collab, we welcome the little flame guy in the Keep the flame woods anytime! I bet a campfire would feel a lot more spacious than a candle :]

I get the different canvas size messing up pixel size, had a similar problem a few jams back, but I think that it doesn't always look bad. I'd love to see The Last Ember with pixel perfect art, I believe that you can make it 10 times better!

It's here, the award winning little flame guy game! :D

One thing i noticed is that the pixels in some places are different sizes, especially noticable in the smiling candle frame, but in this style it doesn't bother me, it looks like it was supposed to be this way, and in a way it adds up to the cozy feeling even.

Amasing combination of art, sound and writing, there absolutely were tears and applause at the end, i guarantee :]

woah, more than 700 seconds... maybe i should add a leaderborad to the page))

So glad you liked it, and the suggestion about enemy attacks is great, i didn't even think about it when making it and it would've maybe felt more fair to the player.

...i didn't even know that you can make the light so big, i'm genuinely impressed wow.

an amasing little story. Very cozy and sweet, even meaningful, it was very nice to go through.

The art is amasing, you hose a perfect pallete for a game like this, it's soft but contrasting enough, and the little fire is so cute!

The sounds, the music - i think they fit perfectly into the atmosphere, adding up to the whole game feel, it's great!

I liked it a lot, a great game, and a sweet story! :]

Thank you so much for playing, i'm so glad you liked it! I agree, it's fun seeing other games that are built around the idea of a campfire, and see how different they all are! :]

Thank you so much, designing the enemies and then deciding how to make them hide in the dark was fun! Im glad you liked it! :]

I really liked it, a very nice, polished, atmospheric little point-and-click! The artstyle is great, the sounds add up to the whole vibe perfectly,  it really nails the creepy feeling of being at night in a forest. Great game! :]

Thank you so much for playing, i'm glad you liked it! :]

The atmosphere is very well exeuted, the music, the sounds, the art - it all comes together very nicely, i love it! The idea is very creative too, i wish it was longer, i feel like there's room for a lot more light-based puzzles! :]

Awwwww it's so cutee! I love the art, and the idea is nice, at first i didn't understand what to do and panicked when everything caught fire, but in the end, i'm so happy i got to pet the adorable flame puppy :]

This is very satisfying! The art is nice and simple, the upgrades feel fair and fun, and the souneffects are just so great! I really enjoyed playing, cool interpretation of the theme, great game! :]

Thank you so much! Aslo ooh another Don't starve enthusiast! It's one of my favorite games, even though i kinda suck at surviving, heh) It's the highest compliment to me that my game reminded you of it!

iirc, don't starve actually came from a prototype where you protect a campfire and kill pigs that come to you from all sides, i only realised how similar my idea was to it after i started making it, and i think it's a fun little coincidence :]

A great submission! The artstyle is great, the music is fitting, the idea is very fun! I also adore all the little character descriptions, they're funny :]

Cute, the artstyle and music are very fun, and they fit together great! I love the overall idea, the island and the chef that cooks the enemies. The chef looks so silly. I love that the cursor in the menu is a little knife

I ran into a bug in the third room, I tried going back to the previous room and the character disappeared, making it imposible to progress.

Because it's a prototype there's of course some things that feel a little off or moments that feel unpolished, but i think this could be a fun little game if you end up finishing it, i hope that you won't give up on this project! It's really missing the promised Gordon Ramsay :)

thanks for playing, i'm glad you enjoyed my little dream :]

Aawh thank you so much i'm so glad you liked itt!! Undertale is one of the games that inspired me to get into gamedev in the first place, i'm glad you saw that in my game! I loved your game idea and i'd love to see it finished one day too! A collab could be nice one day)

Team unfinished game for the jam :]

I remember seeing that bat in the discord server :]

This is such a unique and fun idea, i absolutely love the heartbeat sound leading to the window! I had a little bit of trouble with controls, they were a bit hard to get used to, but the speediness of the bat makes sense - it's a vampire, creature of the night!

The visuals - stunning. The backgrounds, the transition animation, the bat flying and collecting blood, it's all amasing! And i love the colors you chose, a lovely combination, especially for a game about vampires)

And the song - it's beautiful, and very fitting, adds up to the atmosphere a lot!

This is a lovely game!

a fun idea of the dreams being a collection of minigames! I do wish that there was a little more to do during the day other than go to school, but i guess that part is kinda realistic :)

A pretty fun game, with multiple games inside, this kid deserves to play games not only in his sleep!

This. Is the best game of this jam.

Art - perfect. It's so effective, the dreams had me shaking.

Sound - perfect. The music and the soundeffects add so much to the immersion and atmospere.

Details - oh the amount of details in here! Exploring the house was a lot of fun, noticing things change, getting different dialogue, the cutscenes of the day! perfect.

And there's 3 endings!? I am for sure coming back to get the rest of the endings!

I am flabergasted at the polish and story and idea of this game.

I sit there shocked at how good it is, staring at the ending screen, and then theres this awesome sause up-beat song starts with the beautiful credits!!!

A bizzare experience. I'm at a loss for words.

I love the idea, a very creative way of portraying the anxious thoughts stopping you from going to sleep, and it's great that there's a story! Unfortunately i didn't finish the game, because i really struggled with some of those thoughts flying patterns, and the fact that you have to do the whole bunch of them after you fail frustrated me a bit. I love the gameplay here, i think it's a really great way to portray those thoughts i just kinda suck at dodging :]

And that title screen - it's gorgeous!!! The animation is beautiful, the interactive thoughts flying one way, the music - it's just beautiful!

Funny and creative interpretation of the theme! The songs for the radio are chosen perfectly, the soundeffects are great and funny, and it takes an actual effort to keep Jake awake! One thing i ran into is the water not reseting when you restart the game, so it stays unavailable, but i just refreshed the page to play again. A very fun game overall! :]

I adore this game! the artstyle is amasing, Fido's barks are adorable, and it's an interesting interpretation of the theme! I love the variety of demons, the different behaviors they have are fun. Amasing game! :]

Thank you for playing! I'm glad you liekd the music, it was my first time making soundtrack for a game :]

This is a lot of fun, a very polished and balanced game! The visuals are so simple but they are so nice, that rotation, those  nightmare animations, the little camera shifts - a pleasure to look at! The soundeffects are nice, and at first i was a little sad that there's no music, but then i got so focused on the game, now i think that the lack of music actually works - it adds up to the imersion that you're a kid in bed unable to sleep, and the night is quiet. Amasing game!

A great puzzle, really made me think! And the idea fits the theme nicely, creative that you have to "turn on the dark" Instead of the light. The art is simple but nice, i really like this color combo. The soundeffects and slow music are great too, made me a little sleepy even :]

I also want to mention transition and restart animations - those are very satisfying!

I like the idea, with dream dust and being on the moon, it's very charming! Those simple little animations are very cute, especially the heart that come out when you deliver the dream dust. I think it really lacks a tutorial of some sort, i didn't really understand what i'm supposed to do for some time, at first i missed the delivery completely. Nice game! :]

Thank you so much for playing, i'm glad you liked it! The spider will definetly be important later :]

A nice little puzzle, i like the idea! Bouncing on the sheep and sliding is satisfying :]

This is quite a unique idea, fits the theme of the jam well! The art is great, the farmer animations are very cool. I was able to get only about 60% awake, so i guess im a pie now)

Sad that it's unfinished, the colors you chose and the artstyle look very interesting, and the idea is pretty cool! I especially loved the dream room with the eyes and the animation that rolls when you don't stop the tentacles. I got the screen turning blue thing as well.

This is a very cool idea! That little falling asleep animation is very cute. I would love to see more levels of this in the future! Keep going! :]
