I liked the concept and also tabs opening, like how a virus going through your folders lol. Good job!

So cute and a cool concept! I didn't know what "data bank" meant, so I was a little confused, but that's on me for not reading "How to Play" lol.

Thank you for the feedback, and honestly I think it would be good for us to have more clear tutorial elements within the game :D

Oh, I really like the concept, this was really fun. I also really like the art.

Thank you for the words of praise! I will pass on the praise to Kel who did our art for this sprint.

The game mechanic is very interesting. Good job!

Developer

Thank you for your praise :D We'll be sure to check out your game!

fun game, though the mechanic of becoming slower with too much data was a bit unintuitive

Developer

Thanks for your feedback! We'll consider ways of making that mechanic feel more natural in the future.

Fantastic idea! Really fun, interesting, and novel take on the theme. I'd develop this idea further! I feel like it's definitely got legs to keep on going!

Thank you for your praise :D We are planning on spending more time on this project, so you'll have to stay tuned ;)

I enjoyed the game! Different areas with various details about the user was nice detailing.

Adding a sprint or dash ability would make it easier to dodge those cursors. Overall great work tho!

Feel free to check our game :)

Developer

I love the idea of a quick dash/step forward mechanic.  We'll take a look at your game and give you a rating :D

I enjoyed your game a lot! Exploring different tabs was cool visually, mechanically and narratively. I really felt like a virus sleuthing through someone's computer.   The push your luck element of trying to grab as much as you can and get back in time was engaging. The first time i tried to grab a ton and did not realize i become slow and got punished for my greed lol.  Congrats on submitting!

Developer

Thank you for the praise :D I think one thing we could improve on is making the encumbrance mechanic more clear. You can also mash the spacebar to drop treasure (stays where you dropped it when the room respawns, which took me forever to implement) which speeds you up :)

the tabs looked so cool!

also IDK if this is a thing many people did but we both made a game based in computer tabs lol.

Developer

No way! I'll take a look at your game and give you a rating :D

Nice interpretation of the theme! I liked the little jokes about file types / names, that made me laugh.

Developer

Thank you! Kel did most of the jokes :D

This is a really creative game! Was really fun to play and had good progression. Thought it might be cool if there was some sort of mechanic to expand the tabs to explore new places. Would really appreciate it if you would play my game as well :)

Developer

Thank you for your words of praise, Enigma98! I'm gonna check it out now and give you a rating :D

Brilliant! Super easy to get into and you get hooked on exploring and finding new window-rooms immediately.

The laser-mechanic that get stopped by platforms also seem really well-built, and is fun to dodge around. Fun and impressive game you've made here.

Developer

Thank you for the words of praise, AEPSchmitt! We're gonna have to check out what you did with the theme! :D

I loved how the level boundaries were the tabs of the computer! It lends the game a super neat aesthetic.

Developer

Thank you, eightswing80482! The transitions were surprisingly fickle to implement. I'm glad you liked them!
