played it too late to rate it but really cool
jumping on boxes was a little finnicky and the jump height was so low, that combo made it challenging to properly do those parts but really interesting you have time objects both ways.

also did a time mechanic for my submission and it took the whole time just to get it working properly we didnt end up really making levels haha

Developer

Yeah, we definitely would have made more levels if we could have, and the movement is something I am going to fix and hopefully have up in the next few days. Thank you for playing!

I can see this becoming its own standalone release! Really cool idea!

Submitted

Wow, that was a cool way to use time! Reminded me a bit of Portal!

What an awesome idea, really well done. The boxes are just a little finicky to jump on properly and I tended to slide of them often which was a little frustrating, but that's understandable for the jam scope. Great potential here!

Developer

Yeah, I definitely plan on tuning the in-air movement and shrinking the player collider after the jam ends. Glad you liked it!!

Very cool concept, super impressive in the time limit! Cool tricks in Godot for me to learn about. :)

I absolutely love this!!!!! Ive been enjoying seeing all of the rewind based puzzle games, but I am a massive portal fan and this is definitely a very good game for fans of there series. It reminds me a lot of the old "Thinking with Time Machine" portal 2 mod. I would like to say that the game definitely has so optimization issues, the game lags alot at the beginning and it crashed my browser tab a few times and I have a good pc ( 4090 64 gb ddr5) so I can only imagine what it would be like on the average pc

Thank you so much for playing! You are right about optimization issues; I had to pull a ton of strings to get it looking the way it does while still running in a browser. I plan on uploading a downloadable version after the jam ends.

yea thats fair, It looked really  good for especially for a web-based Godot game, Im quite impressed

Really well programmed main mechanic! I struggled a little when the timer ran out of time, because it meant that I was forced to go back and basically do the whole level again. I wished that when the timer got to the end, it just reset the trail and started over. But perhaps that is an intended mechanic to punish those who are terrible at the game such as myself. Nice entry :)

Damn..this game was fascinating. I dont know who the hell u guys made this bro...Vibe was killing me..the atmostphere , the music..dem....I think you nailed the liminal feeling it was pretty much perfect..Was really fun to see blocks moving here and there lol...Such a simple concept reversing time..but you really did awesome job with it and made something memorable..Awesome work!!

That's an awesome idea ! Very clever take on the theme, it has that Portal vibe and potential, it could completely be a full game with a lot of rooms, ideas and mechanics. The levels might get a bit hard a bit quickly but as jam game it's understandable. The visuals are clean and fit the game. Great work !

Wow, this game should definitely be released on steam. I love the concept!

Insane game !
Little laggy on mac but worked perfectly after switching to my tower.
Loved the main idea, reminded of Lemni's gate a little (don't know if you've player it)
100% deserves its own game.
Is that made with unreal ? What's the engine ?
Congrats !

Thank you so much for playing! Godot was used for this one; all the GI is baked into lightmaps, and probes + dynamic lighting for the stuff that moves, which is how I was able to get it to run in the browser. Not exactly a one-click solution for photorealistic lighting, but with a bit of finesse it runs really well!

Is that really Godot ?
Wtf you're so good !

Submitted

Flabbergasted , i'll 100% learn more about baking

https://bsky.app/profile/passivestar.bsky.social Check out Passivestar on Bluesky and their website https://passivestar.xyz/. They talk a ton about how to achieve realistic and performant lighting in Godot. You can trust them because they were (partially) responsible for adding features like this to the engine!

I wish I could play it but I keep having very extreme mouse issues for looking around. In windowed mode I get forced to look up and spin around, and in fullscreen the sensitivity is so low that I need to do about 15 mouse drags just to turn around.

It looks really nice, and the movement feels good, but it’s just impossible for me at the moment. This is in both FireFox and Chrome based browsers. I hope your entry is still successful! o7

Developer

Sorry you had trouble running it, but thank you for letting me know! I might create a downloadable version that will hopefully run much more reliably after the voting ends.

Wow this is a really clever and mind bending game. Really stretches the limits of my puzzle solving capabilities. It's like Portal crossed with Tennet. Nice work!
