you must first download the apk, then install it by clicking on it wherever the .apk file got downloaded. then it'll show up among your other apps.
if u did this and it still doesnt show up, try searching for "Naughty blocks" on your entire phone. it works fine for me

okay, there does seem to be an issue, but it doesnt effect all devices. I didnt realize since It didnt happen on my main device.
I'll see what the issue is and fix it, then ill release an update.

edit: issue is fixed now for android. there was already no issue for windows
if you had the previous version installed. fully uninstall it before installing the new version.
I built this game the exact same way i build my other games for android. There should be no issue (besides the bigger file size which was causing some issues on some devices)
I just redownloaded and tested them on my devices. I cannot reproduce this error. the game launches fine
