If you have implemented the modifier, how have you done so?
Implemented? It's the plot, the atmosphere, the shipping button, and the subtitle of the game. We just shipped it.

Really liked this one! Some absolutely beautiful art, and also sometime hilarious!
I feel like I've barely scratched the surface on all the different endings and combinations! Will have to try a few more after the jam period!
I think it was a really fun experience and not overly long or anything! Liked experimenting with the game's moon logic and seeing just how my choices could go horribly wrong (like they usually do 🙃)
Great entry! Thanks for submitting. Unfortunately I have a phobia of dogs so it has not swayed my vote.
Huge thanks, was very happy to read this! Glad you like the absurd situations and endings xD
In some ways this game almost feels TOO polished to be in SBIG jam, but I agree with other commenters the comical logic of what items bring you to the next day is quite funny and like old school adventure games with trial and error.
The art was all very well done, same with the interface, sound/music and just the writing overall. I was genuinely impressed at the combination and number of items and how many effects each could result in.
If this was your first game this was VERY well done! Excellent work!
Thank you!! Glad the moon logic somewhat works as moon logic, as I was wondering during the making of it if we'd even make something... comprehensible for human mind at all. Seems like we did hit a spot here. Glad to see you appreciate the writing! I agree that it's quite excellent (as someone who was not in charge of the writing beasides the general outline which we came up with together)
I noticed your other comments mentioning that this was your first game - and this is genuinely very impressive as a first game (with a rather ambitious scope and a very well-polished presentation).
Granted, the core puzzle did turn into an exercise in trial-and-error in order to succeed (and scrolling through the items to add them one by one did get a bit painful on day 3), but the writing was pretty imaginative and entertaining.
Still, great work, and I look forward to seeing what you come up with next :)
Thank you so much! Yeah, day 3 was indeed a bit much, though we also wanted it to have a difficulty spike but well we didnt have that much time to iterate on the gameplay so we got an overly hard level at the end. Well, it happens. Thank you! It is indeed the first game. Before the jam both of us studied gdscript and created small trial projects (one for each of us) in godot in order to learn as much as possible in 2 weeks, and once the preparations were done, we jumped here.
I love how the reason why the monkey paws were bad was because they made the world too good which made it not very profitable. Very late capitalistic.
thank you! Yeah that was the idea, I'm glad it conveys
Other commenters have said it lacks SBIGness but the trial-and-error problem XCVG mentioned is very reminiscent of the "moon logic" of old adventure games, so I think it works on that level. I totally loved all the crazy scenarios. The possible space of combinations is mind-boggling, I kinda wanna see you guys do one of those element-combining games. Good work!
Very happy to read this, thanks!
This game really is a metaphor about how 'so bad it's good' capitalism is. Well done, really enjoyed it!!!
Thank you!!!
This was a fun game! I think it ended up being a game that is so good it’s just good. The art, music, and story are all great!
Thank you! And yeah I get it, I really do, there was a miscalculation regarding the jankyness xD
The plot, graphics and sounds are great!
thanks!
I liked the plot, it was quite interesting and the art gave a solid AA vibe.
Thank you!
I really loved this, probably especially because Papers Please is one of my favorite game haha! The art is INDEED gorgeous and it was very fun to try and get a bunch of different endings!
Thank you! Yeah, it was such an incredible game!
This is a tough one, because I really liked this game, but I didn't like it as a SBIG entry.
I could never get a handle on the logic of the item combinations. I understood pretty quickly how it was supposed to work- the semi-diegetic tutorial serves its purpose well- but the descriptions are so absurd and obtuse that it quickly devolved into frustrating trial and error.
I genuinely love the art in this game, and the music is surprisingly catchy. Neither really fit what I think of when I think of so bad it's good, though. The whole thing is absurd, but it feels earnest in its absurdity, more a focused satire than an out-of-nowhere bizarro fest, and it's quite polished overall.
Thanks! I agree on the possibly not fitting the SBIG. In our defence, this is our first game and we expected the jank to come naturally xD Thanks again, we were very happy to read it
For a first game, you knocked it out of the park- it's a lot slicker than my first game, that's for sure! Ironically, this is the one jam where that might have been to its detriment.
Thanks! Yeah it didnt go as planned xD
