Kevin is a deep character. The pull ability is satisfying

Developer(+1)

Thank you!

Kevin's childhood was not easy. He lost his family during the Great Polygon War and spent years fighting against the Hexagon Empire. Every one of his four sides carries a scar from his past.

I'm glad someone finally understands how deep his character really is.

Thank you Kevin and Hideo Kojima

Developer

Thank you!
Kevin did most of the work. Kojima just took the credit.

Not even Hideo Kojima himself could’ve made this game, it’s amazing. I didn’t really see the jam theme anywhere, but it was a lot of fun. I love that if you set your mind to it, the square can actually fly 🤣

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

Haha, thank you!
The idea for the limitation was that enemies are both obstacles and tools. You're supposed to use their abilities against each other to solve the little "puzzles" and progress through the level.

Unfortunately, I don't think I managed to make that idea come across very clearly

And yeah… the flying square was definitely not one of the intended psychic powers 😂

Hahaha, understood. At the end of the day, I had a nice time playing, and that’s all that matters in a game.

This is a very fun little game. The green background is pleasing to the eye, and the mechanics are well implemented. Overall, the gameplay is short and easy to pick up, but is the ability to jump infinitely by repeatedly pressing the spacebar a bug?

Developer

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!

And yes, the infinite jump is definitely a bug. You're only supposed to be able to double jump. For some reason, it only happens in the WebGL build, so I'll have to figure out what's causing it

Quick update: the infinite jump bug has been fixed in a hotfix! You can now only double jump as originally intended 😄
