great setup for a delivery that's messy or abstract or lacking at all. That's a shame, because it's well written. It needs way more than a finish. As it is is a notebook for a very good adventure yet to be written
There is a great setup with that village over a shore that’s suddendly not a shore anymore. The cold opening is great and this does not need a big hook-section “Why the PCs will explore this”. Theres a jungle where the sea was. Of course they will look.
Information ist strwen around or not given at all. Creatues are named and explained somewhat later. A rodent explains the factions, but they are never explained to us. Or they are, but somewhere else. there’s something about a sash? Where is that coming from? And what about the Atlanteans? It’s perplexing how much confusion is created on three A5 pages.
With more time ans space you may re-visit the idea of that risen land and give it a makeover. I’d be happy to see this.
Similar to other comments here I felt like I was fighting the layout a little to read this one, but what I got was cool! I like the faction play and the little spot illustration of the temple was great
I like the idea of animals getting their intelligence boosted and the overall theme, but I really found the adventure hard to read. That orange on green might be too much and difficult for people with colour blindness and in general the suddivison in columns isn't always clear
The faction play makes for some very interesting player choices and impact. I also think the Orb is a very cool item/relic and it's very consistent with the dungeon theme. The layout made reading the adventure a little challenging, my eyes kept reading things I'm the wrong order. Overall, solid work.
The layout is a bit difficult to read, but otherwise a solid adventure with a lot to play with. I like the factions and their motives, and the temple is guaranteed to produce a lot of tears, I mean fun!
The intelligent animal factions seem like they could develop into a broader story, great seed for further adventuring. The temple is super brutal! I like the tables to roll on.
Getting outsmarted by some Apes and Rats while trying to grab the Crystal sounds like a fun way to spend a few hours!
