This is great. This reminds me of the Dorohedoro series, that mix of a nonchalant, "normal" tone and the madness of hell or magic. I love it! I'm tempted to run it as a "crazy interlude" in an ongoing campaign as a consequence of a player character's death, or even a TPK.
