It might be too late, but you could add a time-of-day feature to the game—like morning, afternoon, and night. Different events could occur depending on the time.
Also like I always say I will make criticisms where they are due, not making the whole post public is a pretty shitty move...

The post cannot be public, that's why I made one here with the same information, Patreon doesn't allow nsfw to be public content. There are some nsfw pics on the post. I was busy with other things, hence why it wasn't released at the same time.
Fair, though I do not see the hardship in Kal having both the Patreon and Itch posts queued up in two tabs and clicking post at the same time. I see no issue with the mentions of Roundscape Eclipse in the Patreon post (in fact this is a good cross-sell opportunity which Kal should do more of.) It was the way the itch post took so long to come in that gave the impression that the Starmaker progress update appeared to be locked behind a paywall. I know it is petty, but can leave a bad impression.
Wait? I just thought of something how come Roxy gets an ending but Miss Zero does not? (Is this the final line up?)
On a rant side, I always felt Miss Zero had lots of potential for more linked stories than she really has got so far...
On this Dr.Muramasa mentioned Megan has a good chance of getting content as she is a named character.. so now we pray Kal gives the people what they want 🙏
Also, out of curiosity, how the hell do you create these images if you're okay with me asking that? I've used many different image generators, different prompt combos to 0 success and even tried to dabble in Blender (failed that one miserably). Not asking for anything in-depth, more so just a general ball park so I can dabble.
For quick ones like this it can be simplified, but I could write a 3 page guide on the tweaked LoRas/Configs and the Manual Steps I use.

Never really been into the whole nipple fuck thing, but guess it would kinda work as pregnancy content.. or an event on the farm..
While more crossovers and references would be nice, I think there are couple things to keep in mind.

It does add to end-game content, and it can be expanded upon to add some horizontal progression.
I don't know anything of game development, but you could cut VIP room, alternating outfits, and minigames from that, and I think it would still add meaningful content.
I feel there is room to integrate the in-game Starmaker platform further into the current version of the game, and I hope some of this could be part of the 2.0 release. The other Stars have been surprisingly absent, so would be nice to actually meet them at some point.
