Diving into blood vessels… This unique take on “DIVE” is really appealing.

Plus, the premise of sending your white blood cell “BUDDY” to eliminate threats, combined with the gameplay mechanics that let you do this through coordinated mouse and keyboard controls—I feel like all of these elements work together to create a positive experience.

I thought it was interesting that you used arena.ai to create the bootstrap. I've been experimenting with various things myself, but I've never actually started from that. I've decided to give it a try next time.

The gameplay was a very exciting experience. Although I had to stop partway through due to time constraints, I'd love to take my time and play it more thoroughly. 🙂

I was really impressed by the idea of swimming through the bloodstream! I also really enjoyed the controls — using both the mouse and keyboard made the movement feel surprisingly engaging.

Turning "D.I.V.E." into the "Department of Intravascular Virus Elimination" is such a brilliant and creative concept! Diving into the bloodstream instead of the ocean was an awesome twist, and the partner-launching mechanic fit the "BUDDY" jam theme perfectly.

I was really impressed by the depth of content you packed into this—the contract board, the tense O₂ tank management, the upgrade shop, and that humorous onboarding story all gave the game a ton of personality and great pacing.

Had a blast playing and rated! Loved connecting through our shared "DIVE" themes. Keep up the awesome work! 💉🚀✨

The concept of diving into blood vessels is novel and interesting.

The introduction was well-crafted, and I was quickly drawn into the game's world.

The mechanic of launching your partner is great, as is the sense of tension created by the gradually increasing difficulty.

If I had one complaint, it would be that I sometimes hit a dead end because I couldn't afford the necessary suit upgrades to take on all three missions;

I feel like I could have avoided that situation if I had known about those requirements beforehand.

Hi ! Thanks for the feedback ^^ The game is not well balanced for sure. That's something I will work on in the next update (especially calibrating how much money you earn and how much you have to spend). Giving recommendations for O2 based on the depth of the map and the type of contract (the wrong donor missions take much more time, as you have to separate clots and aim more precisely to avoid friendly fire)

Thanks for playing DEEP and leaving such kind words — happy to return the dive! "Department of Intravascular Virus Eradication" made me grin before I even hit play; turning DIVE into a literal miniaturized descent into the bloodstream, with a whole contract board, O₂-tank timer, reputation/credits economy and a shop, is a ton of creative content for a jam. The dark-comedy onboarding (RIP Dave, choked by cancer cells) sets the tone perfectly. One small suggestion: a touch more feedback on hits/where the current wave's threats are spawning would make the early combat read a little clearer. Genuinely impressive scope — rated, and glad we found each other's entries. Cheers!

Thank you for the feedback and suggestion :)) Though I admit I didn't quite understand the suggestion, the next wave spawns in the row that opens when you enter --- I think (it's one of the many issues with vibe coding you don't have the full knowledge of the game ^^' Yesterday I discovered there was a mobile web version I could not have play-tested hehe). But yeah, I think I will work on the next update to make the game more beginner-friendly!
