I wonder why. The rules are incredibly clear—there’s no room for confusion—but the moment I start playing, my brain just goes haywire. In a good way. I felt that the fact that the sun and moon can’t both move up or down at the same time makes this game very challenging.

It’s frustrating, but after playing for a while, it seems this is about as far as I can go. At first, I didn’t realize there was information hidden behind the “Your Soluna” button in the upper-right corner of the title screen. I eventually figured it out, and while I can’t think of a better way to put it, I’ll mention it just in case.

It was fun. 🙂

To be honest, during my first couple of plays, I thought, “What the heck is this?! There’s no way I can win! Is this a crappy game?” But around my third playthrough, once I figured out how it worked, I instantly realized how fun it was. This is fun! 🌟

I think it’s great that even when you understand the mechanics, you’re not guaranteed to come in first—it strikes a perfect balance—but it’s a little sad that once you make a mistake, it’s almost impossible to recover.

Anyway, I was totally hooked for a while. Thanks for the fun time! 🙂

### 🗳️ For Submitters (The Voters)

To guarantee that every single game gets the play counts, spotlight, and constructive ratings it deserves, this jam utilizes a Rating Queue system:

  1. Head over to the "Submissions" tab on the jam page.
  2. The system will assign you a random queue of games to play and rate first.
  3. Once you’ve rated 5 games from your assigned queue, the platform fully UNLOCKS! You can then freely explore, test, and rate any game you're curious about!

> 💡 Pro-Tip for Players:

> Check out each game's description page! Our creators have documented mind-blowing prompt techniques, custom toolchains, and AI-directed workflows. Learning how they built their games is half the fun!

---

### 💬 For Guests, Supporters & Late Explorers

Even if you didn't submit a game or can't cast star ratings, the Comment Section on every game page is 100% OPEN to everyone!

As game developers, we all know that receiving a thoughtful, warm, and constructive comment means 100x more than a simple star score. If you're here to explore, please jump right into the browser builds, test the executables, and shower our creators with love, feedback, and dev-cheers!

---

### ⚙️ Quick Reminder: Balance Patches ARE Allowed!

Based on community feedback, creators ARE allowed to upload essential bug fixes and numerical balance patches (adjusting stats, spawn rates, or difficulty curves) during this rating period!

If you see a game get updated based on player feedback, make sure to re-check their changelog and give it another spin!

---

⏰ Rating Deadline: October 9th, 2026 at 21:00 JST (12:00 UTC)

Grab your favorite beverage, boot up those browser builds, and let's celebrate the incredible power of Human-AI collaboration together.

Good luck to all 44 submitters, and happy playing & rating! 🌊🎮🔥😆

😆✨

Welcome aboard! Your setup sounds absolutely incredible! 🚀

Hi there! Thank you so much for dropping such an inspiring message!

Reading about your setup for Heroes Never Died gave me genuine chills. Running Claude and GPT/Astra in parallel while directing a full pipeline of Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Reaper, Whisper, Topaz, Blender, and Unreal Engine... you are basically operating a futuristic one-person AAA studio right from your desktop! That is EXACTLY the kind of next-gen development velocity and creative explosion we built this jam to celebrate.

It makes me ridiculously happy to hear that our jam landed at the perfect time for your project. We are planning to host this game jam every single month, constantly experimenting, fine-tuning the rules, and iterating on how we run things. Our ultimate goal is to create a playground that is truly fun, empowering, and genuinely useful for serious creators like you.

The speed at which creators are shipping games using AI never fails to blow my mind, and I am beyond hyped to see Chapter 1 of Heroes Never Died in action! 🙂

Thank you for joining us, welcome to the community, and I can’t wait to play your entry and see what everyone builds! Let's unleash that machinery! 🎮🔥

🙂✨

Thank you for your question.

Since this was a matter that required very careful consideration, I apologize for the delay in my response.

We have concluded that the role of this jam is to "listen to various people's opinions, make adjustments, and then ask for feedback on whether improvements have been made," and we have decided to proceed with this approach. 🙂

For more details, please see the post below.

🎮 [OFFICIAL POLICY] Balance Patches & Stat Adjustments ARE ALLOWED During Rating!
/jam/ultimate-ai-powered-game-jam-4/topic/7027819/-official-policy-balance-patches-stat-adjustments-are-allowed-during-rating

Hi everyone! (and to answer the community's questions regarding balance updates)

After careful consideration about what this game jam represents, we have decided to ALLOW Balance Patches during the rating period!

We believe a game jam isn't just about shipping a final build within 72 hours (or during the dev window) — it is also an essential learning playground where creators gather player feedback, iterate, and refine their game experience.

To keep the rating environment fair and fun for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines when uploading a balance patch:

---

### ⚖️ Guidelines for Balance Updates:

✅ ALLOWED (Encouraged!):

  • Tweaking numerical stats (e.g., enemy HP, damage values, player speed)
  • Adjusting spawn rates, difficulty curves, or item drop chances
  • Fixing level layout bottlenecks where players constantly get stuck
  • Quality-of-Life (QoL) UI text or control sensitivity adjustments

❌ NOT ALLOWED:

  • Adding entirely new player abilities, weapons, or core mechanics
  • Introducing new art/audio assets or new playable stages/levels
  • Changing the fundamental gameplay loop to create a different game

📝 Rule of Thumb:

If you upload a balance update, please leave a brief note in your game’s Changelog or Description (e.g., "Patch v1.1: Reduced Boss HP by 20% based on community feedback!"). This allows voters to see how you responded to player feedback!

---

Let’s keep testing, tweaking, and making our AI-powered games as fun and polished as possible! Happy rating and playing, everyone! 🚀🔥

If you simply want to update a game you've already submitted to a newer version, you're free to do so during the submission period. During the review period, however, you're only allowed to fix critical bugs and add builds for different platforms with the same content. 😉

Thank you for your question. Of course, there's no problem at all. Because the submission period is still open. I'm looking forward to seeing your new game. However, there's another option. This jam allows participants to submit multiple entries. If you'd like, please consider this as well. 🙂

Thank you all for building this incredible, high-velocity community together. Check out the Jam #3 final leaderboards, grab your favorite AI tools, and let's bring the energy to Jams #4 and #5! 🚀

As a heads-up for future jams (here and elsewhere), it's generally best to hold off on adding new content during evaluation to keep things fair for everyone.

At our Ultimate AI-Powered Game Jam, To maintain a fair, balanced, and enjoyable voting environment for all participants, only "Essential Bug Fixes" and "Adding New Platform Builds" are PERMITTED during the rating period under strict guidelines. Please review the rules for participating in this jam once again.

I think the game itself features an innovative system and has turned out to be a lot of fun. 🙂

Wait... Is this grub? We can actually EAT a spike monster?! Are these ingredients even legal?! Won't that give you an upset stomach?? Well, I think I've heard people say that monster meat is actually pretty tasty… I'd kind of like to try some, though. 🤔

At first, I thought this was just a simple jumping game in the so-called “Classic Obby” genre, but I realized it's surprisingly difficult if you try to collect everything. However, you can simply complete the game even if you dash to the finish line without collecting anything at all, so this might actually be a great way for everyone—from beginners to advanced players—to enjoy the game.

As I kept getting game overs over and over again while trying to collect everything to complete the game, I noticed that my score was accumulating. Thanks to that, I ended up racking up an insanely high score.

If this wasn't intentional, it might be a good idea to fix it after the jam ends, for the benefit of future players.

It was fun. 🙂

I've recently gotten hooked on yet some of tower defense games again—this is the kind I've played countless times before—but while the core mechanics are similar, the fact that you repel enemies rather than attack them… that fresh and interesting idea really drew me in.

I completed up to Stage 5 without any trouble, but no matter how many times I played Stage 6, I just couldn't hold the line. In the end, I had to stop playing without seeing the ending, but I still had a lot of fun. I also felt that the music suited the game very well.

The story cutscenes inserted throughout the game are well-done and really help draw you into the game, but I felt like the skip button wasn't doing its job. Since I was replaying the game over and over, it was a hassle that I couldn't actually skip them.

Overall, though, I had a great time playing it. 🙂

First, I'd like to share some observations.

  • There are times when you can't press a panel maybe due to animation timing; this might be intentional, but it's hard to know.
  • When you press the button to make curry, there's no sound feedback, so it's hard to tell if it was pressed successfully.
  • During the final customer's turn, the arrow indicating the customer overlapped with the customer themselves, making it hard to tap.

Also, since the map is so spacious, I thought it would have been nice if, after completing all the customers in the mission, the game had switched to an “endless mode” where customers randomly spawned all over the place—that way, I could have kept playing for a while longer…

Anyway, it was a really fun game. 🙂

I tried playing on my PC again, but while the game is displayed on the screen, the images still aren't showing up.

I even tried clearing the browser's cache completely, but the images still didn't appear, so I think there might still be an issue with how some assets are being handled.

(1 edit)

First of all, the background animation on the title screen is gorgeous. By the way, I’ve never actually seen curry that sparkles like a kaleidoscope in real life, but watching this made me wonder, “Could I make something like that using diced agar? ” But agar, gelatin, and carrageenan all melt if you boil them in a pot, don’t they? I wonder if it would be possible using something like curdlan…🤔

No, no—I was talking about this game. Um, the kaleidoscope is incredibly beautiful and wonderful. I think it’s a very unique game. I really enjoyed it. However, it’s surprisingly easy to beat, so I wish the number of ingredients was randomized and there were about 30 different types to challenge me. The password system is interesting, too.

Also, I think the experience would be even better if there were background music and sound effects.

Anyway, It was a truly wonderful gaming experience. 🙂

First, I started playing on my PC, but the knife-shaped mouse cursor was hard to control and it was difficult to know where I was clicking, so I couldn't make any progress at all. Next, I tried playing on an Android tablet, however, it was incredibly smooth. The knife-shaped mouse cursor looks great and fits the game well, but I think there's still room for improvement.

Also, after completing five stages, the start screen for Stage 1 suddenly appeared, which was really disappointing. I'd love to see a “Game Complete” screen, even if it's just a simple one.

I love that scene where the siren goes off and you dive into “PEPPER ME WITH PEPPERS.”

I had a lot of fun. 🙂

I really like the simple, never-boring sound effects—they're just what you'd expect from a clicker game.

I also found it really fun that the combo doesn't end all at once but gradually decreases, which actually creates a sense of urgency.

However, it's tough that it never ends. There's no penalty for leaving it untouched, so the fact that you can continue playing as long as you keep the page open is an interesting system—but that's exactly why I can't finish it… Since it still seemed to be endless, I just cut it off about here. 😂

Anyway, It's a fun game. 🙂

I played in full-screened and had a great time, but I thought that if the game remained embedded within the page, the gaming area would be too small to play comfortably. For example, the upgrade selection menu extended beyond the game area. I think scaling the entire screen to match the game area size would help maintain a consistent level of difficulty and gameplay experience.

Also, when I was engrossed in playing with the mouse, I'd accidentally click when the upgrade screen popped up and end up proceeding without realizing what I'd selected. I think adding a brief pause when the upgrade screen appears would improve the gameplay experience, too.

Anyway, it was so much fun that I kept playing until I beat the game. 🙂

This game has a really great atmosphere. The graphics are beautifully unified throughout, and the background music and sound effects really enhance the game's feel.

Plus, the controls are simple, so it's very easy to start playing and enjoy.

I thought it would make navigation smoother if you could use the keyboard to move to the next screen on the “WHAT DO YOU COOK?”, “TITLE,” and “SERVICE OVER” screens as well.

Anyway, I had a lot of fun playing it. 🙂

Cyberpunk! I was drawn to this world—it's exactly my beloved style✨

At first, while playing through the opening novel section, I thought, "Is the scene where I make curry also in novel mode?" But then, during the pot scene, I was surprised to find that the gameplay actually involved adding ingredients and cooking them.

And the COOL & SOOTHING MUSIC that sticks in our ears is fantastic. I also love the sound effects, like the sound of a spoon.

Overall, it was a wonderful gaming experience. 🙂

I couldn't believe this was the second submission of the same jam, so I was wondering what kind of game it would be—but it turned out to be really fun♪ Apparently, it was made in just four hours using DeepSeek, but it features solid animations and other elements, and what's appealing is that it really works as a game you can actually play and enjoy.

I didn't get the hang of it during my first two plays and kept getting "KITCHEN CLOSED" right away, but I finally figured it out on my third try. That's when I realized how fun it was. This is a game you can play quickly in a short amount of time and get a real thrill out of. I thought to myself that if this were a “Penny Arcade” game tucked away in a corner of my local supermarket, I'd probably find myself stopping by frequently while waiting and popping coins into it. 👉~🪙

This is an excitement-filled game. 🙂

It worked on the first try, and I haven't failed even once no matter how many times I've tried it. Yeah, I guess I really am cut out for this kind of detailed work. Making those tiny, tiny adjustments—it's actually a lot of fun to do. It's an irresistibly satisfying experience♪

The fact that this moon is a highly exaggerated terrain model for a game, created from real NASA topographical data, makes it truly unique and valuable💎

It would be so cool if you could collect all the planets like this, for example. But I guess the data for that probably doesn't exist. If you could keep progressing through the stages—from the moon to the first planet, then to the next planet, and so on—I think it would be an amazing experience.

Anyway, I really enjoyed it. 😆

Ever since this was submitted, I've been looking at the thumbnail and thinking, "That curry looks delicious," but I never imagined it would turn out to be a stage where I'd find myself dancing around like crazy! This is an awesome idea. It's a fun game♪

I thought it would be nice if the camera automatically tracked my movements with the mouse without having to hold down the left button… As long as I'm playing, there doesn't seem to be any reason to limit it to only when the button is pressed. I think just implementing this would make it possible to move around much more quickly.

It's amazing that this supports 10 languages. I don't often see Jam Games that support so many languages.

It was a wonderful experience. Oh, and now I'm suddenly really craving curry with lots of whole potatoes chunked in it. 😋

# 🤖 Ultimate AI-Powered Game Jam #4

/jam/ultimate-ai-powered-game-jam-4

Anyway, we've opened entry.

## 📅 Event Dates

Submission Period: September 17, 2026, 12:00 UTC – September 30, 2026, 12:00 UTC

Rating Period    : September 30, 2026, 12:00 UTC – October 9, 2026, 12:00 UTC

That's plenty of time—almost a full month!

## 🔖 Themes:

Theme 1: HUMANOID
Theme 2: COEXISTENCE

You are completely free to incorporate the themes or not. They are not included in the peer evaluation criteria. However, we've prepared these themes for those who'd like to create something based on them.

## 🎗 Eligible Submissions

We welcome everything—from innovative ideas and playful experiments to unpublished works!

🎮 AI Experiment Prototypes: Mini-games built with generative AI, innovative mechanics, or technical demos.
💎 Unreleased Hidden Gems: Games created using AI in the past but that missed their chance to shine on the main stage (limited to those not submitted to other game jams).
🛠️ Tools and Interactive Experiences: AI-powered utility tools, innovative UI experiments, or interactive software that goes beyond traditional games.
🏁 Unfinished Sprint Entries: Games originally created for short jam sessions but that didn't quite make the deadline. You can finish them at your own pace and share them here!

Submitting projects that weren't finished in time for the jam is not the main purpose of this event. Our stance is simply that “you can submit those, too.”

It doesn't have to be something you finished during the submission period; basically, as long as you used AI in some form during production and haven't submitted it to any other game jam, it's acceptable.

Please feel free to join us! 😉

I think it would be better to set the submission deadline for the end of the month. It's easier to remember that way.

We've now held a total of three jams under the UAIPGJ (Ultimate AI-Powered Game Jam) banner. During this journey, are there any of you who worked hard to create a piece for a jam but didn't quite make the deadline? Do you have any works that you were planning to submit to a jam but didn't finish in time, so they've just been sitting there ever since? It doesn't have to be limited to this particular event.

The reason I'm asking this is that I'm thinking of hosting a jam in the second half of the month to give these works a second chance. Here's the outline:

💠 The theme is "AI" and "Resurrection/Experimentation." It's a theme that's there but not really there.
💠 However, the main requirement is that the work must use AI (since this is UAIPGJ).
💠 And, games that have already been submitted to other jams are not eligible for submission.

💠 The jam period will be one weeks starting immediately after our regular monthly jam.
💠 The period from then until just before the next jam is the evaluation period.

This setup will allow you to submit works such as:

💠 Games you created for a previous jam but didn't finish in time.
💠 Experimental works, such as mini-games, that you've created using AI on a daily basis.

Well, I'm thinking of just going ahead and holding this as an experiment for now, so rather than debating whether we should hold it or not, if you have any thoughts—such as “I hope it turns out like this”—I'd be happy if you could share them with me, even though I know you're busy during the evaluation period. I'm not sure if I can cover everything, but I hope to make this a great jam by steadily improving it, so I'd like to take all your feedback into consideration.

Thank you for your cooperation. 🙂

This is seriously fun❣

It's great to be able to try out new recipes, and it feels good to sell them even when there aren't any orders. This is the ideal production game! It's a wonderfully satisfying game to play.

I had to pause for a bit due to time constraints, but I hope my progress was saved properly. Even if it wasn't, I'll just play again.

I'd like to share one small suggestion: I think the controls would be a bit more comfortable if the window closed when you clicked anywhere around the window, rather than having to press the close button.

I really enjoyed my time playing this. 🥰

It's a really fun cooking game♪

Unlike cooking games where you just prepare meals at your station, this one includes a walking element. It's interesting that one of the daily upgrades is to increase your walking speed, and until you can upgrade that, the game features a well-designed brain-teaser element where you have to figure out how to multitask and save time.

I was really enjoying it, but I had to stop playing partway through due to time constraints, so I'll come back another day when I have more time to play at my leisure. 🙂

On my PC, right after the game started, the in-game window appeared so large that it overflowed the screen, making it impossible to even begin playing. I had no choice but to try playing on my Android tablet, but it seemed like many of the card and enemy images weren't displaying.

Since I was able to get the necessary information just from the text, I kept playing until I cleared Stage 1. The game itself was fun.

Awesome!💫

If I were to make my own personal ranking, this would definitely be at the top this time around‼💎

Lately, the topics I've been most interested in are the paper "Sexual dimorphism in the complete Drosophila male central nervous system connectome" and "MaleCNS," among others. My PC has been absolutely cluttered with information related to those topics lately. But I never would have imagined that a work related to those topics would actually be featured in our jam.

And then there's my interpretation of the theme "Currying Functions"—something I thought might never actually be used, though I hoped someone would—and the fact that a piece using it was actually submitted. That makes me really happy, too.

It's the best✨✨✨

I think it would be amazing if we could record this performance and use it freely in games with proper credit. If that feature is ever added someday, I'll definitely use it all the time in my own games. 😉

I really love this game♪

There was one time when I thought I was running straight toward the goal, but I ended up running right past the edge of the stage and had to start over (it wasn't by a jump like other people have described—I just ran right through it).

In the end, I got so hooked that I kept playing until I cleared every stage.
It's so much fun!! 😆

It's so much fun♪ Before I knew it, I was completely absorbed in the game‼
"MASALA RUSH" feels great when you hit the jackpot. The colorful, fun delivery sequences where a huge number of orders come out all at once are a blast.

The screen on my computer is a bit small, so I'd love to have a full-screen mode. I want to play games like this in full-screen mode to really immerse myself.

I had a really passionate time playing✨ 😆

I'm just collecting items according to the recipe, but why is it so much fun?

I really like the nostalgic feel of this 3D world.

I was especially drawn to this two-tiered stages.

I had a great time. 🙂

Yeah, I never thought just adding mouse controls would make my brain twist so much while I'm typing. It's super fun!

This is as far as I can go… It might be a problem that I'm playing with the trackball I've been warning everyone not to use, but that's just my excuse. Every time I hit the HEAT LIMIT, I'd get all sluggish and slow... And after panicking for a moment, I've already forgotten the keyboard layout💧

Personally, I really like the face drawn with just circles and shapes that you catch a glimpse of right after the game starts.

I had a really fun time. 😆

This is fun. But I wonder if there’s actually a "game completion" in this game? 🤔

I think I've wiped out all the enemies at least 10 times, but since I still hadn't reached the ending, I hesitated a bit before deciding to stop playing. It's hard to stop playing a enjoyable game on my own, so I really wanted to see the "100% completion" screen if possible...

Anyway, I had a great time. 🙂
