The first computer game I made was a text adventure game, There were no internet so it was the only things we were able to come up with what we have understand of the programming language (QBASIC). We didn't known of  Colossal Cave Adventure (1976) or consort.

"you stand up and prepare to keep charging forward. What would you do ?"
> CHARGE FORWARD
"Nothing happens"

"You are in a glade, what would you do ?"
> TAKE A PISS

Got to date a unicorn, find hidden cheese... Wait I was supossed to stop an evil Illusionist ?

Really cool game ! I was stuck on the main story but was really fun to try interacting with everything !

Also the "help" command is amazing but still not enough for me XD

Thank you so much for playing! I hope it was fun even if the puzzles were a bit confusing towards the end. Fortunately the game has autosave so you can come back and keep trying whenever you'd like.

I hope either way it felt like a complete and polished experience!

I really like the idea, and appreciate what you are doing, even though it's not quite my type of game.  Things changing when you open and close your eyes, spotting the details, not to mention quite a bit of story and world building with primarily text is impressive.
