Some struggle with organizing, others don't know how to start, and others get stuck. I'll help you find an easy and fast way to organize for success. Free of charge. I'm offering free consultation around game dev and project management practices.

I started as game developer and then moved to project management after publishing a book, it's been +10 years now and I'd love to help others get into game dev or help them move forward.

What's in it for me? It helps me grow my consulting skill.

Well, i don't know what to do with my game anymore, the art  is good since i've been doing this my whole but the fun... So i have this almost complete game that is simply not fun and for that i don't release, if you could help me.

Hey, thanks for reaching out. Let's connect over discord for faster chat. Sounds good? Or let me know what avenue is best for you.

Looking to join or start a team as an artist, I have a bunch of assets on hand, how would i go about 'trialing' programmers for the team? do some sort of tryouts thing? i literally have no idea, do you prefer discord?

Hey, thanks for reaching out. Send me a message on Discord, look for me like "scanevaro"

can you show as project manager in devlog, how would you make kind of game jam, than creative people can participate in itch.io
-Step by step, to join and grow the skills in free WebGL game creation, let activity get credits for the part of project packages
-get into new topics add to profile by use in multi project credits by usage, like assets and with option for active customize
-if it is in time to finish in time than even a small peace can push forward, understand a bit of mosaic, solve projects like puzzle

Hi Seba.

I have been developing a game over the past few months, I have put an insane amount of work into it. Over 1000 hours so far and I would love to know what you think and can you help me. It plays in a browser and you can find it here.

hey merc, I'll try it

Do you need help with organization with the project?

(+1)

Well game development is a bit new to me. I have 20+ years of web design/development and SEO/online marketing etc but I have no experience in getting testers or launching a successful game. I have a fair idea about marketing but I am thinking if I could find a games publisher to help me promote the game that would be great. The organization so far has just been me developing the game and getting feedback from a few friends. I have no idea of what steps I might be missing, its all sort of new to me.

ok good. We can talk for a bit on discord if you are open for it. Send me your username and I'll reach out

Hi! This is my first game ever, and honestly, everything is so messy right now and I have no idea where to start :(!! I’m using Ren’Py and making a visual novel, but I’m still very new to everything. I’d really appreciate any help or advice you could give me!

hii, nice! The first game is the hardest one, but there's just no way around it.

Send me your discord and I'll reach out, we can talk there over a call.

I'll reach out

Thank you for leaving a review of our conversation. It was very nice talking to you and I hope your game reaches many more people!

If you allow me, I'll share it here:

Guys, check out DoodleDino's game, it's a metrodvania (correct me if I'm wrong) set in Egypt. Find the demo here: https://share.google/gQxBarwkvHfpcFiqy

Aw thank you so much, it was lovely talking to you too!

It's a 2D rogue-lite set in ancient Egypt :) thank you for sharing the link for it!

Hi, I'm looking for some feedback and/or guidance on what to do next. I've managed to vibecode a working demo for my game but I don't really know how to explain it or market it or where to go next or whether I need help from someone else. I'm not a very good programmer or artist but I pretty much designed everything from scratch, except the code of course. Would appreciate the help!

Hii. That's awesome! Congratulations on the working demo, that is already a big step ahead of many aspiring game devs.

I'll be happy to help you organize. If you are ok with it, send me your discord and we can have a call there.

Cheers.

Thanks Seba to share some advices with me! You really helped clear my head and figure out the next steps instead of feeling stuck. I'll definitely put your advice into practice as I keep working on it. Catch you later!

Thank you for trusting me with a few minutes of your time. Hope to be able to play your game soon (:

Hey! Honestly, thought sceptical about that thread, but there're so much positive comments and I do feel stuck on my own project and do need some honest feedback from an experienced man. I'm making a visual novel with some card mini-games, it's currently in an 'alpha version of the demo' state and I just...don't feel confident about what to do next and what to improve.

hello! Thanks for trusting me with this.

First of all, the fact that you already have a demo is a great success! Congratulations!

Second, reach out to my discord, or put yours, and we can call over there for a few minutes. Sounds good? You can find me as @scanevaro

sorry for long reply, just didn't notice yoru response. Could we maybe talk today or tomorrow evening?
