Really dreamy and beautiful (and also funny); this would be a challenge to run but there's definitely an appeal to that - there are some lovely ideas to explore. Also would 100% read the novel

I've been thinking about the design decisions I was making right at the start, and my thinking at the time was something along the lines of "this is such a small format that this whole document maybe, and the front and back certainly, will be handed over to the players as a handout and playaid and thing to examine for clues" which leads to the appeal-challenge of running it - you the game master are basically as uncertain as the players, but you've had more time to study it and make concrete choices about what it means.
