Densely packed with fun & useful stuff- I particularly enjoyed the various tables. Great mechanic to build the adventure around, and making it system-neutral is a big bonus, because this seems like a fun mini-boss to add to any hexcrawl!
It probably could’ve used a bit more editing, but nothing major, and the lack of art is totally understandable given the constraints. Good job!
