After finishing the sect entrance exam, and getting all the inheritances I seem to have stalled out. All I can really tell I can do now is use Life Nourishing Circulation. Is that really what I have to do? It takes forever even by this games standard, and since it requires a bit of qi to start I can't really idle it. Is there something I'm missing?

There seems to be some randomization as to when exactly it appears, with cultivation actions (and few others) slowly pushing it down earlier the timeline.
Actual Qi value only matters for the outcome of trying to fight it as far as I can tell; being able to live longer should make it more likely to see it due to having more time to spend.
