The dialogue between scenes is funny, gameplay is fast and fun especially after you get more upgrades. It seems like the last layer's upgrade didn't actually replenish any health though. Very cool!
Funny concept, to have the girly part as an enemy, i like it!
Nice vibe, with the music and the graphism. I found the game to react weirdly to the mouse, but maybe it's just a personal feeling. It's a fun game.
Love the 90s retro feel, didn't realize I could jump until half-way through! It could have been interesting to have a bit more verticality to things. Heart enemies were a bit tough at first, but figured things out as things progressed.
It adds some variety to go down a layer and get buffed.
Fun little game! Definitely saw the layers come into play. Cute music and idea. Not sure how the shooter has anything to do with the LLC, but I'll just go along with it. lol
I don't know if it's a Godot thing or not, but I noticed that there were super long loading times for a game that looked like it could run on an analog watch. I would also see lag the first time I shot an enemy.
Wasn't too crazy about the maze design, especially the level that makes you run all the way back to the beginning after running all the way to the end.
Great effort! Keep up the good work!
i kinda dig the heavily pixelated blocky art style! i think the girliness of it is a bit of a stretch LOL but it was fun blasting what i'm gonna assume are yucky cooties hahaha
I really like this idea! It has great speed run potential if you add a timer, I could see myself throwing far too many hours into optimizing movement in each level. The visuals and audio are a bit rudimentary but I'd say, given the time constraint, you did an excellent job!
Interesting game.
Nice shooter!
I really liked the idea and pacing of this game. Great work!
A neat little boomer shooter sorta thing - though it's rough around the edges, it's not too shabby! I think it could have shone with some more work with enemy types, making them stand out/ more of a threat once the player gets more movement options. The aiming down the sights mechanic felt underutilized - maybe an enemy that has a weak spot, that you can only hit when doing that? - but all in all, not too bad!
A fun little retro romp.
