Working yourself through a house room by room, you learn about its previous inhabitant - surface to core, layer by layer. As one would do when learning about an ogre.

Thank you so much <3

This is so cute, and I lovee the storytelling!! <3

Developer

Thank youuu!!!

Developer

Our little personal challenge this jam was to have a game that actually had an arc and an ending, so I'm thrilled that you liked it so much!!

A cozy little game! Like others have said, the object placement works very, very well and the game has an overall very relaxing vibe. I liked the plot as well. It wasn't complex, but it was a competently told story of learning about another person and how that can inspire us and help us grow. I also hid the piggy bank inside the ceiling to keep it away from thieves, which I think counts as high level gameplay.

Looks good to me xD! Thanks for playing <3

I love a game where I can clean and move around stuff ! I like the idea of discovering more about the story while picking up objects ! And very cute design !

Developer

Thank youuuu! <3

this might be my favourite entry. I love the concept of cleaning up a "strangers house and learning about the life. And this type of chore simulator is sooo nostalgic for me. 100/100

Developer

Heck yeah! I got lost a few times just organizing the rooms during development 😅

Submitted(+2)

cleaning up all the rooms was very fun, and i like the little bits of leana's history left behind, very cool :)

Developer(+1)

Thank you for playing!!! Really glad you enjoyed it <3

Always love a good organization game, well done!! ✨

Developer

Thank you for playing!!! <3

Very well done! It's so polished, and placing things is so easy and intuitive. The story is subtle, but it's also quite bittersweet, I liked it! Great job!

Developer(+1)

Thank you! We wanted a story that was pretty emotional, but this was the best we got with leaving all the story stuff until the last minute 😅

Submitted(+2)

Beautiful 3D models! This game is very polished, I liked the particle effects which glow as you're cleaning something ✨️ The intro cutscene at the start adds a lot to contextualise the story. I really appreciated the explicit instructions in every room as otherwise I would've struggled on how to progress. I didn't expect that the items can float in the air but it makes it easier to move/place books and smaller items.  Very cozy game ☆

Developer

Thank you!! Honestly, Kauyon did a great job with the particles and shaders and story telling, wouldn't be half the game without his work <3

Developer

Thank you! We can't take credits for the models though, that's all TinyTreats (and a little bit of KayKit). Cannot recommend them enough!

Submitted(+1)

Really fun and well polished experience. I kept finding myself tidying up rooms to make them look nicer even when all the tasks were done. Good chill game to zone out to.

Developer

Yesss! This is ultimately what I was hoping for. I wanted just enough of an objective to get you started, and intrigued and then I wanted to give the player the freedom to finish the room however they wanted.

fun game, i liked watering the plants :D

Developer(+1)

Let's go! Kauyon did some awesome work with the shader for the plants <3

Submitted(+1)

fabulously fun! very nice art direction, fun gameplay that kept me engaged beyond just clearing the tasks. i'd love some more polish on the ui after the jam, but that'd just be the cherry on top of an already great game!

Developer

Thank you so much! We waiting a bit too long to get some of the UI elements in and ran out of time to give them a good polish pass unfortunately.

This is a great game, really well made. The gameplay is really good and cozy. I also really like the story and the atmosphere built around the game. It's nice to see a game that takes the time to properly develop a story around its gameplay. Great work, I had a lot of fun playing it :)

Developer

Thanks so much for playing!!! We had a blast making it and really wanted to try to get some nice story elements in for this game <3

I loved this! So pleasing to rearrange everything and complete all the tasks ( also I'm not sure if I missed something but I couldn't get the bottle cleaning task in the bathroom to complete). The story was sweet and nicely told, really well done!

Developer(+1)

Ahh, sorry that one didn't work for you. Must be a bug in the code somewhere 😿. Thanks so much for playing tho <3

Submitted(+2)

Very nice game ! It's really polished and perfect for people who like cleaning rooms, like me. I especially like that you can really completely rearrange the room as you like, which help in making the cleaning process more personal.

Developer

Thanks so much for playing! Really glad you enjoyed it <3

I love organizing games. Your game is amazing; I love that you can arrange the pieces however you want. I'm impressed. I'd love to be able to make games of this quality someday. -off

Developer

Thank you! I'm sure you will be. Arrow and I have been at this for a little while, we've found out ways to groove with jams.

Half of what makes things feel good is juice. If you haven't yet, definitely consider looking into that! It's usually small stuff, like everything woobling a bit when you pick it up in our game. Or the little sounds playing when you do. But it does so much!

Developer

Thank you! And I was once in your shoes, very unsure of my ability to make good games. Just keep at it and you'll get better and better as you go <3

Submitted(+1)

This game was so fun! Reminded me of sims a little bit (with better item placement) but I had a blast rearranging the rooms. I kind of wish the rooms were linear because I kinda spoiled the whole aunt's career thing since I cleaned the attic first, but overall very fun!

Developer

Thanks so much for playing! I didnt think about people going to the attic first until right before we submitted, whoops 😅

Submitted(+1)

I really liked this game <3 I enjoyed having a list of tasks for the rooms, it felt very satisfying to take care of them. I adored the modelling, room designs, and colour palette, and felt that the background music and SFX complemented them very well. I also liked the writing, but felt there was lots of visual empty space in the beginning - maybe some dialogue sprites or backgrounds for the messages/emails? Very well done!

Developer

Thank you so much for playing!!! Really glad you enjoyed it <3.

I wish we could take credit for making the models ourselfs, but they are from Isa's Tiny Treats packs and a few KayKit models sprinkled in.

Submitted(+2)

I like it a lot! Found myself zoned out just endlessly arranging this room immediately. Great idea to include the camera :D Very impressed with how seamless the 3D placement feels. Also great intro, liked the writing overall. Great job!

Developer(+1)

Thank you for sharing!

I'm so glad I spent a day to get that whole screenshot thing working

Developer(+2)

Ayee! So glad you enjoyed it. And i love the room design!!! <3
