Pattern Recognition, in a way? The game revolves around matching-three and choosing your best option with limited choices.
Tooling
I used Godot to make this, which is the game engine I'm most familiar with. I took visual inspiration from PICO-8, another tool that I love!

Really enjoyed the mechanics, especially the combo system! Got a bit confused initially thinking movement was limited to adjacent tiles, but it clicked once I saw I could move anywhere. Congratulations on completing the game!
Really fun little game, that game me that "just one more round" feeling. Only thing is that it's too random. But I had fun! Gread job!
Nice game! Those cascading combos can get a bit wild and out of control, but they really add to the fast pace of the game. I agree with other comments that a bit more mechanical depth would be awesome, but honestly, the game is already super fun as it is. Great job!
Very cool strategic match-3 game! I did wish at some point that there was a bit less RNG but this was also a fun part of the game to see multple back to back combos! It was also fun to try out the various tiles. Really well made, nice polished animations, including the game start. I was able to kill 6 monsters on my 4th run, I don't know if this is average or terrible lol
Great job!
That slime had it coming the way he kept smiling at me :) gg!
That was a fun little game! I would have loved more enemy variety, so that picking party members would feel more tactical. Still this is a nice entry :)
Thanks for playing! Yeah I had been hoping to add more enemies with abilities that could interact with the tile grid but ended up running out of time. I want to expand on this more soon though!
