And yeah, I think you're right about the stars disappearing. I wanted that part to be difficult because the idea was that you had to really pay attention to the sky and remember where things were instead of just following an indicator, but I think I probably overdid it a bit. There should have been some kind of subtle indication or something that helps the player without making it too easy. Same with the red and orange, I can definitely see how they are too close and can be hard to tell apart, especially when everything is happening quickly.
About the music, I understand your point too. My idea was to keep things quiet and peaceful because I wanted the player to focus on the stars and get that calm stargazing feeling, so I mostly went with subtle sounds instead of constant music.
But you're right that music can also enhance that kind of atmosphere without ruining it, especially if its something ambient and subtle. Thats definitely something I would think about differently if I worked on it more.
