Halfling Heist is a rules-light game about a group of halflings trying to pull off a harmless but daring heist in their cozy village.
You must balance two stats: Halfling and Heist. Successful Heist actions pull you deeper into the job, while failure pushes you back toward your comfortable halfling ways. Go too far toward Halfling and you abandon the heist for teatime or a relaxing bath. Go too far toward Heist and you become convinced the others are cutting you out of the score and go solo. Your Connection to another halfling can bring you back into the job.
