Hello! I recently released Halfling Heist, a one-page TTRPG about a group of halflings trying to pull off a harmless but daring heist in their cozy village.
Game page: https://hc-royalty.itch.io/halfling-heist
The game revolves around two stats: Halfling and Heist. Successful Heist actions can pull you deeper into the job, while failures push you back toward your comfortable halfling ways. Go too far toward Halfling and you might abandon the heist for teatime or a relaxing bath. Go too far toward Heist and you become convinced the others are cutting you out of the score and head off on your own. Your Connection to another halfling can bring you back into the job.
Character creation is quick, and everything players need is on the front page. The back includes GM guidance, heist objectives, NPCs, complications, and optional rules for festivals and the seven daily halfling meals.
I made it for the One-Page RPG Jam 2026, with inspiration from Grant Howitt’s Honey Heist. It’s designed for quick, lighthearted one-shots and is available as a free PDF.
If you give it a read or get it to the table, I’d love to hear what kind of heist your halflings attempted, or which part of the game caught your attention. Thanks!
