Thanks! It was fun to build too. 🙂 The game page explains most of the mechanics, though Centered is in relation to the cake stand, and Stability is a couple of factors mostly around how together the cake is with the proper sized pieces that haven't fallen apart (I'll probably break it apart into two checks in the future). I've added a tiny bit about these extra bits.
