I think I figured out the problem. I think UE thought the pixels that were separated from each other in many frames were their own frames. I kind of worked around it by just making the animations a couple of frames shorter. To those who don't know, they probably can't tell. Thanks again.

I don’t use UE, so I’d have to look into the issue you encountered; it’s great that you were able to fix it.

I figured out how to extract the sprites that contain separated pixels. You did nothing wrong. I extracted them wrong in UE. In case it helps others, what you do in this situation is in "Sprite Extract Mode", set it to "Grid", and then specify 32 x 32 pixel cells.
