I really liked the game! Great concept, nice graphics, and solid gameplay. I have to admit, the first three patients left totally unsatisfied haha. Congrats on finishing the project!

I love games where I play some form of a healer! I love this concept, and you executed it perfectly. Job well done!

This is great! The magnifying glass to handle more text is a wonderful implementation. I did struggle quite a bit with frustration with moving the cursor, but that's maybe always going to be a thing when it's a cursor moved with arrow keys. Still enjoyed my time with the game. Well done!

Really cool concept! I think I'd make a really bad doctor haha. That big guy just completely gave up and closed his mouth after I fed him 3 random pills :D

Wonderful presentation and really good gameplay! Some difficulty progression could be neat in the time department as I always fail the 1st day lol

I like how they just trust me to give them pills lol, gg!

A unique puzzle game. The music is catchy, sfx express what is happening, the graphics work well for the 64x64 resolution. Really good.

I really enjoyed playing this. Not difficult to understand, and the graphics are nice especially for pico-8. The characters are well designed and I really felt like a pharmacist for a minute.

Already left a comment on the game page but commenting again to say that I loved this one. The art and theme are super well done, makes me forget it is 64x64, and the magnifying glass is a standout mechanic that makes analyzing symptoms and picking out pills feel more tactile and real. Great work!

I love how the magnifying glass works, very clever way to have dense but readable text for the books!  I also like how there's multiple pills that do the same thing and you will eventually run out of one, so you can't just memorize one pill per symptom. You also did a great job making it clear what their symptoms are, I really only got confused on the one which makes them move faster. Really good job!

As a Papers Please afficionado I was really excited to try out your entry and wow it did not disappoint! I had so much fun trying to map the right pill to the right patients, especially loved the oversized one lol

Music was very fitting, and I felt the magnifying glass was a super clever idea. Love the polish between the title screen and the transitions. I always struggle a bit with using arrow keys to manipulate a cursor, reminds me of my struggles in the days of Mario Paint on the SNES lol

Great job overall, really awesome entry!

You always bring something so interesting to the table! This entry gives big “Strange Horticulture” vibes with a clever twist on the subject, all while keeping that great core loop intact. Using the magnifying glass to handle the lower resolution was a clever trick too. Fantastic job!

i feel like a real pharmacist! on the first playthrough i just fed them pills the same color as their symptoms. i didn't even realize there were pill/symptom books. i really enjoyed this game because the problem isn't the same every playthough. i made a platformer so every playthrough is similar, but this feels fresh every time. great job!

Super charming. I was having trouble brainstorming ideas for the 'biological restrictions' prompt. This is a great idea for it.

Very cute little game reminiscent of Papers Please! The gameplay is a tad confusing and difficult to understand to start, but the audiovisual presentation is fantastic. Good work!

A little overwhelming at first, but a ton of very cool polish and details! Funnily enough I didn't realize there was a magnifying glass until I finished playing for the first time, but I jumped back in to see how it worked and loved how you did the effect.

Music/sound are awesome, character designs are charming.  I'll be honest that I wasn't crazy about the gameplay, it ended up feeling a bit tedious as it is currently presented.  I still enjoyed my time with it.  Great work!
