Themes
Theme 1: Gotta Go Fast
Theme 2: Save. That. For. Later. Or… Die.

Players must constantly sprint to ignite themselves, gaining an expanded field of vision while simultaneously sacrificing their own fuel to deal damage to enemies. Through endless cycles of death and rebirth, players gradually weaken the boss until final victory is achieved.

Tooling
his is my very first time making a game with Godot! Working with a tiny 64x64 resolution was definitely way trickier than I imagined. I also composed the background music using BeepBox—another first for me!

This is a really unique take! Love seeing my past match lives running around like idiots while I'm waiting there for them (idiots) to figure out how to blow up the obstacle. Surely I would have figured it out much faster! Surely.

Well done!

Very curious idea! It took me a little bit to wrap my head around how the previous matches directly impact the gameplay, but once it clicked, it was a super clever mechanic. Nice entry overall!

Took my slow brain a bit to get used to it ... but what an interesting mechanic!

And, somehow, I really like to ignite myself =)

Very creative game idea, I like it!

I got to the giant squid, but couldn’t figure out what to do with him. Real nice concept tho, I had fun getting there.

And I kept thinking about how to adequately cover this theme.
It’s hard, of course, to associate yourself with dynamite, but it’s fun.
