very neat concept and take on clicker games :D low boi my beloved <3
I love the different bois! Especially good boi. Good boi is best boi.
As a fan of both rhythm and idle games, I love this idea! Clicking in an idle game is usually pretty boring, but turning it into a beat made it really fun, and it's steady enough that you can keep it going while still browsing the upgrades. I also think it's really cute that instead of amassing a bunch of money, you're just making sure everyone is having a good time dancing. And more games should have a button that adds a dog to the screen. Good job!
Haha, thank you! I love me some clickers and idlers, and I too thought it would be interesting to add some fun rhythm to them!
The animations are kind of inspired by Homestuck's super short, but expressive pixel art animations. I love that cute repetitive aesthetic! And since this was the for the girly pop jam I thought it would be interesting to make it about the fun and dancing rather than the numbers going up. Although, I'll admit fully that so much of it was more of a happy accident. lol
I also got really lucky on the music. It matches, almost perfectly, my 2-beats a second rhythm.
Aw, man, I missed an opportunity to let you pet the doggo! xD
I like the silly dancers :D cool atmosphere overall, gels with the music perfectly.
A fun take on the clicker genre! I like that being on beat boosts your score! Great music selection too!
I find the dances very cute and very pleasing to see, thank you so m uch.
