Excellent, flavorful premise and cool representations of each spoke. I really appreciate the unique variety of effects here and how they all feel thematically  tuned to the holiday they represent. I'm sure space was running low, but I'll call out Wicker Tribute as the only one that doesn't really do anything for me. Awesome stuff all around!

Thanks you! This means a lot coming from you. And yes, the complication about sacrifice was the one sacrificed to the character count gods.

These are really well written, and I love the variety of them all. Really helps me see how complications can be used to build on your setting.

Thank you!

Lots of cool and well thought out complications in here! Currently I'd use 7/8 of them as is with no changes.

The outlier is First Flame. I really like the concept of tending the flame, but the execution feels very punishing in regards to locking yourself out of all other respite activity options if you want to eventually cultivate the bonuses and keep them up. I think it'd be in a better spot if there was a chance for the flame to dim, but not a guarantee.

All in all, excellent submission. Definitely saving this.

Thank you! I appreciate the feedback. Yes, for First Flame I definitely wanted a complication that granted a nearly build/character-defining downtime project. Perhaps I accomplished that TOO well.

These are some very cool and flavorful complications! They are super well tied in with seasonal holidays, well done!

No complaints here.  I love me some complications.

Thank you for the intro at the top, it gives good context and explanation for doc.

Light in the Dark is flavorful, but seems very  punishing.

Tend the Flame, flavorful and mechanically interesting.

I’m not sure I understand how push and pull works.

Bonfire Heart is flavorful and simple to implement and understand.

Midsummer’s Bargain, I like it! I like the players having a choice with a potential drawback.

Wicker tribute would be broken for Furies who take to the uttermost end.  My main character is one and I’d take this in a heartbeat.

Feast and Famine, I suggest changing the drawback to happen on a die roll instead of every time. I can’t see why. I would ever take this in its current form.

One foot in the grave, COOL! I like it.
