We are preparing Mythscar, a mythology-inspired action roguelite, for release on Google Play and are looking for genuine Android playtesters.

The closed test is already live through Google Play.

We need feedback on:

- Startup and loading time

- Performance on older and newer Android devices

- Touch controls

- UI scaling and readability

- Combat balance and progression

- Rewarded ads and the in-game store

- Crashes, freezes or visual issues

Participants need to remain in the Google Play testing program for at least 14 days and play several sessions during that period.

Hi T4ylanZ, Mythscar’s testing requirements—especially multiple Android devices, UI scaling, performance and repeated sessions over 14 days—are exactly the type of structured testing challenge I’m trying to help indie developers with.

I recently built Iconic Nexus, a new platform where developers can publish projects, create testing campaigns, specify requirements and collect organised feedback. Members can earn credits by testing other projects and use those credits to get their own projects tested.

The platform is brand new, so I’m looking for a few founding developers who can help shape it. If you’re interested, I’d be happy to personally help you set up Mythscar as one of the first testing projects and hear whether the workflow suits your needs.
