Okay, it's quite a clever idea! I loved automating the batteries, nice balancing too! :D
Like the comments before me, I had some issues with the screen size, but it didn't hinder me from having fun. I think this game and the idea definitely have some potential for a small incremental game release on Steam or Itch. It just needs some polish in the graphics and accessibility department (maybe include an option where you don't have to click, but instead hold down the mouse? Some people have difficulties clicking non-stop).
Do you want to follow that direction, or was it just a little prototype for the jam?
Congrats on the entry! <3
Thanks for the feed back, this was mostly a cute prototype as it was some practice with the Godot Engine before the college semester started, I am tempted to continue this project now that I got both in-person and online feedback. Agreed on the graphics, the tile map was made for like 3 different ideas before I settled on this one.
I liked the idea and use of the theme, it'd be nice if you could fullscreen the game
The font was a bit too small and low in quality it was hard to read. It was still a good incremental, the progression may need a bit more work as i didn’t even really need to click on any battery that much to fill the room of them, lack some punch for really it being addictive. Maybe you could play with the bulb luminosity more
Thanks for trying it out! Had only two day's to really work on the game, and got demotivated. Thanks for the feedback.
