When I was returning from one of the missions, the task name changed to NULL REFERENCE EXCEPTION.At first, I thought it was a real error message, until I arrived at the base and saw hanged corpse of a robot. After reloading my save (to fix the mess caused by the ragdoll on my ship), everything was back to normal.
