Fun collection of ideas! Love the time raider focus, quite curious as to what their 'Annual Bazaar' would look like now that the concept's in my head...

My critical feedback is similar to other folks, so I'll keep much of it brief. Solid kits and items here, but there's some retuning to do with wording/layout and buffing up the leveled treasure. Easy fixes with another editing pass. As beanboy pointed out, you'll want to specify the attacks protected against with Phase Runner, whether that's strikes (single-target, some abilities further specify melee strikes or ranged strikes) or ability rolls (everything from strikes to AoE's).

That aside, I'll definitely grab these to adapt to my campaign. There's cool stuff here! Look forward to seeing the next version.

The Phase Runner is a great kit concept well executed. The other items I feel I could work into a game with a bit of tightening up. The Mirror Blade seems great for a Time Raider Assassin, but not sure if it would vibe with my players.

The ideas in this entry are really solid, and the nucleator especially seems really useful and unique. I do think there's a bit more potential here that could be capitalized on, since both the kit and the leveled weapon are very flavorful, but the mechanics are a bit simple. I also would have liked a bit more information on the Annual Baazar, since it seems like a unique and interesting event that players would have many questions about. Some really great ideas here that make me interested to see what you get up to in the future!

A fine entry! I was a bit underwhelmed by the Mirror Blade; feels like the mechanics don't live up to the fantasy of the treasure. However, I loved the flavor *and* the mechanics of the Phase Runner kit and the Disruption Field Nucleator!

Love to see more good kits out there. Might wanna specify what kind of attacks get banes for the kit tho. the consumable is fun too. Understandably not very relevant to the theme. It's a hard one to fit.

Thank you folks for all the great feedback. The Disruptive Field Nucleator definitely was my initial inspiration and had the time to take from my initial bonkers idea to one that I hope retains the cool factor and is not too powerful.  As you folks have noticed that the Mirror Blade is a bit undercooked. It was more powerful before I transferred it from my notes to Affinity Publisher, and apparently I swung it too far in the other direction in the process. I will make some tweaks after this is all over and incorporate all your thoughts.

I would like to see a bit more from the Mirror Blade. Gaining surges doesn't do a whole lot. The Disruption Field Nucleator is really cool. That is a fun consumable that I would love to have as a player. Not really on theme though.

Ooh, I really like the effect on Phase Overdrive preventing opportunity attacks during the charge, that's super clever. And I like the line-of-effect disruption on the Disruption Field Nucleator. Is the Mirror Blade supposed to have the same effect at 1st and 5th level? Judging by the 9th-level feature, it seems like no? The flavor of it is cool, but ultimately just granting surges isn't very exciting mechanically, would have liked to see much weirder effects there.

Good stuff! Not really on theme in my opinion, other than the name, but it's pretty useful and quite creative. The Disruption Field Nucleator is my favorite thing from this entry. Other notes: I think the Disengage +1 bonus for the Mirror Blade should be at level 5 instead. It's more balanced that way + feels more like a progression. And the PDF could benefit from a different font, I think. This one is thin enough that it was just a tiny bit harder to read than usual. Not hard enough to knock down a star on the Usability scale, though.
