This might be the most fun but also most exhausting experience i have ever had and I'm so tired just trying to learn what to put in my scripts and at this point I'm stuck and can't find the answer to something in my game and tried to alter code but didn't work so... Should I ask ai for help on what to do or pray to find it from a random guy.
Oh yeah I have a game in mind already and im working on it all I need is to find out how to do this and that cause I have a certain mechanic I got no clue how to do it and im still looking for a way to make thatmechanic. Im just questioning if I should use ai to find out or just yknow find out on my own or pray to the game making gods there is a tutorial
Personally I think it is okay to use AI to gain the knowledge on how to code as a crutch. Once you get the knowledge and learn from the assistance of AI, But over time, you should pick up the skill which will eventually allow you to do it by yourself for future projects.
This is just my take, but I think AI is a great tool to learn and build a good foundation IF you use it for learning.
There's also the OG method of googling and reading documents of previous coders' work or using YouTube content of learning how to code. Brackey YT channel has plenty of tutorials that will get you going for sure.
