Wow so many enemies and so many different spells to draw 0.0 This is very impressive!

The water shield feels super OP!!! It was lots of fun and it's also maybe the easiest to draw?

If you ever do a round of balancing, maybe there's a way you can make the more complicated runes be stronger than the simpler ones. (Although that said the Plant is WILD) :D

So much fun, I'm probably going to easily play a few hours of this

Developer(+1)

If you spam shield in all directions and then just water, you can just stand around, so yes definitely some balancing or cool downs are needed. :D

Nice game concept and visuals ,I really liked the idea of drawing!

Really nice concept that really takes the body and mind aspect, and also very fun to play

Developer(+1)

Thank you, we discussed the interpretation of the game quite a bit haha

The core gameplay loop is really clever, and I thought it fit the theme super well

quite the complex game for the amount of time that y'all had! and, of course, very nice artwork!! i liked the red flag enemy, he he :D

Developer

Your game was also pretty nice, the music is super fitting :D

made it to level 13! a lot of interesting systems, i really liked the "recognition" buff

Developer

haha, yes, the recognition buff affects how good your drawing is recognised but the damage is still based on how well one draws the runes :D

Great Art. Really good concept! Super difficult. I loved the split between running from your fears and doing self care!

Developer

Thank you, the difficulty is part of our design.

This is really fun! I like the choice to go with chill vibey music - it fit your theme well. Your art also looks great!

Developer

Thank you <3

I really loved the artwork. You even took so much care to design a game over screen like that, I really like it! I can tell that you worked very hard on this. I also like the UI design and the draw feature is a very nice gameplay idea - it was hard for me to concentrate on moving and drawing but I somehow managed after a bit of practicing. Music could be a bit more tensionbuilding but all in all its a very nice entry! Well done! :D

Developer

Thank you for the compliments.
It was my first time making music haha. It would have been cool to get other music, when bosses appear.

Pretty cool drawing mechanics. It seems to have a lot of content/mechanics but it’s too overwhelming right from the get go to learn all of it. I think it probably would work better if it was like a survivor-like game and the character moves automatically for the players and they just concentrate on the drawing instead of trying to do both at once.

Thank you for the compliment on the mechanics <3.
Yes, it is definitely challenging, which was actually a design choice because at least I love multi-tasking and you can play it co-op in real life with a friend; one grabs the keyboard and one the mouse.

Damn sadly I don’t have irl friends.

JK I don’t mind challenging games either but I think it’s not an uncommon problem for devs to be so familiar with their own game that they don’t ease new players into it so it drives players away. A lot of other players seem to like it though so it might just be me.
