I did complete every stage 100 percent, and I had the acheivement called data hoarder. I redid the game and made it to sigma stage 1 and finally got hadoken by dying a lot and making it their without taking any damage, without the 40 chips by the way. But now I'm stuck when the capsule shows up and can't get the hadoken.
