I'm pretty sure that it happened after an enemy got too close for me to bayonet so the charge forced me into the enemy, after that I got hit by the enemy which forced me through the wall is how I remember it

I got the glitch to work, in the house go into the upper room that's left of the doorway, back up against the wall and let one medium guy attack you, you'll know it's working if when you charge he doesn't get hit. Wait for another medium guy to hit you and you've glitched through the wall. For the fence you just need to back up against a corner and let a medium guy hit you through it.
