Nice game! I liked the atmosphere and quotes :) For me the meditastion mechanic that made you stop was fun and in my opinion it fits the theme. Because meditation IS stoping what you doing to relax ^^

We have similar ideas for the game! But your realization is better than mine :( Still, I really liked the game, especially the visuals and mechanics!

nice art and cool idea, i would love to more time bevore the aura is completely away again. i didn't manage to get to the last platforms because of this

Nice visual effects. The music is ok as well.

I think it has some similar problems like some other meditation theme games though. Instead of a calming mechanic, the meditate action just disrupt the flow of the gameplay by forcefully making you stop, which I don’t think it’s a good mechanic.

The platforming itself is just ok. Jump feels too floaty.

Thank you very much for feedback! We discussed the potential flow disruption as well during the jam. This is why we came up with the bells in the later sections of the game. They create a meditation radius instantly so that you don't need to meditate in place.

I really like the catch on the theme here and overall idea regarding the game play. However, the movement is really annoying, while getting stuck, needing to repeat things etc.. Also I got completely stuck after the "trust" part already. Still: The art style feels good and overall it is a good entry!

Thank you for your words and feedback:) The movement seems to have room for improvements... sorry that you got stuck in the scene^^ I am a huge fan of "Mind the Glitch" btw;)

I liked how you interpreted the theme and the art is very nice. I also liked the music if you meditate - it sets exactly the right vibe. I think the movement could be a bit slower for a plattformer, all in all it is very atmospheric and a very nice entry! I will play that again to see if I can get a bit further :D

Developer

Thank you for the kind words:) Totally agree on the movement speed, probably we did not hit the sweet spot there yet. Would love to see you reaching the end of the game ;)

Great art and very solid submission. In my opinion the level design could be a bit improved. Like the placement of the platforms at the beginning. And I died when I followed the arrow that lead me down. I needed to also jump forward to not die. That was contra intuitive. Nevertheless a very atmospheric experience. :)

Developer

Thank you very much for your feedback, glad you liked the art:) Totally agree with you, you should not need to jump forward there.
