Do You Prefer Well-Optimized Games or High-End Visuals?

I’m curious do you prefer well-optimized games that run on lower-end PCs, or high-end games with realistic visuals?

Personally, I like games that are fun to play and well-optimized. Great graphics are nice, but gameplay matters more. 😄

And no, I’m definitely not saying this because I have a low-end PC... 👀😂

You can do both for your game. Please, devs. 🙏🎮

I never prioritize visuals anyways so I choose optimized.

I choose optimized both for the games I play and the games I make.

I want the best-looking game that runs smoothly on whatever computer I am using to play the game. For Linux games, that’s a fairly high-end computer that I spent about €3000 on when it was new. For Windows games, that’s a very low-end refurbished computer that I got for about €100.

Also, I love pixel art, I generally dislike 3D, and I loathe realism as an art style. If it’s going to look like reality, then you might as well skip the art entirely and just use photos instead.

i prefer games for low-end pcs they can look pretty good

Well-optimized, of course!

It’s definitely a well-optimised game!

To be honest, I don’t really care that much about the graphics; I don’t need them for the game to be fun. 😊
