Thank you for the kind words, and the helpful feedback. Making the ships different colors is a super helpful idea that completely slipped my mind! I'll definitely go add that in. I will also add a way to ask the creature to repeat the rules.
As for the game over / victory screens, for this game I was not a fan of how a Game Over text or Victory text looked. I think the context of the game should be enough to indicate you have won or lost, especially once I make the ships different colors. I will make sure to make the retry / replay buttons more explicitly obvious, which I think will be more helpful.
