You have a very good atmosphere going on here! The sounds and scribbles are very well placed.
The lantern with it's charging mechanic was really interesting and useful at first, but once you die and know the route you don't really need it. Still, it gives you something to do while you fetch the key, which is a nice touch. Instead of autocharging it, you could make the user have to manually charge it to keep them even more engaged (like in Amnesia the Bunker).
What I felt I needed the most was a setting to adjust the mouse sensitivity. The default felt a bit too twitchy for me and made it difficult to navigate and explore the environment.
Otherwise, the key room's door (might be other ones too) has quite a long range. I was trying to interact with some stuff on the wall, but I ended up closing/opening the door from across the room, which felt a bit weird.
Overall, I think the mechanics need a bit more polish, but you are very good at creating atmosphere. Cheers!
