Very fun, funny abilities; I'm sure Willy would approve! Love the villain actions and Big Red Ball especially. Really fun stuff all around!

These clowns rule. I love how just by using the abilities in the statblocks you will ensure the combat is wacky and weird like a clown fight should be; good monster design should work this way.
Favorites:
- we bounce here
- all the forced movement feels fun and evocative
- extra big bad
Feedback
- For the balloon animal, is there a reason you didn't use potency? I could see have multiple balloon animals using loop the loop slowing down play.
- For Rebound, you don't need to put "and round down" it's already in the game rules that you always round down.
- Pull out scarves is cool, though I'd add a potency to it to not make it too overpowered.
I made a crazy jester/clown! Great minds think alike!
This is one of my favourite submissions. Clowns are creepy, but I could equally see these guys as just comically getting in the way. I can very much envisage my party being bounced silly whilst trying to pursue a serious task...
The Clown face for the Stat blocks is superb. I'm not sure how I would employ them, but if I were running a spooky creepy oneshot, these would be the Fools I'd employ!
The mount, the balloon animals all really work well to make these an effective group of enemies if faced as a collective. Well done for cramming so much into a few pages.
What a comical troupe of enemies! Excellent names for the abilities. I'm sure players will be laughing and worrying about how to get out of a messy combat with these clowns in equal measure.
I see the Balloon Animal minion both grabs and vertical pushes a target; however, as the Grabbed condition describes, getting pushed away would break the grab. I'm a bit puzzled as to the intent. Is the idea that the animal moves with them? Or a target too stable to be launched into the air is grabbed instead?

Thanks!!
